I stop here about 4 times a year; always first thing in the morning. So many times, they don't seem to be prepared for business at 730am which is a peak time for most coffee places. But I manage to have to wait for cappuccino when I'm one of the only customers. Having said that; the coffee is okay; service is friendly but not efficient.

This place is amazing! Fantastic food and service. We go there every Wednesday to play trivia, and also have enjoyed Friday evenings for live music. Great place to have dinner (love the southwest rice bowl) or just to meet friends for a relaxing time to talk. Highly recommend!

Met up with a colleague for ☕ will be back, again. Love the wine and coffee choices, like a euro cafe vibe.Vegetarian options: Multiple breakfast and lunch items are suitable for vegetarians, and the menu is clear, and everything looks amazing ?

I’ve been to Generoasta a few times and really enjoy it. The service is always great, the coffee and baked goods are fantastic and the food… DELICIOUS! I popped in for lunch with a friend today (it was her first time) and somehow our food ticket got a little lost in the kitchen (things happen). Well, we received genuine apologies (and a free cookie) from multiple employees. The staff and management here really care and it shows! Thanks for a great experience. The rice bowls (SantaFe and Mediterranean) were OUT OF THIS WORLD!

Place is cozy but for god sake, it's cafeteria .. but baristas have no clue of coffee;; my cafe ole was milk cup with smell of coffee.. they don't know what is coffee. Food is below mediocre... customers throwing money for seat..

i really like coming here to get some work done. it’s definitely on the noisier side so not good for meetings or anything but it’s a good atmosphere. the only issue i have, which is perhaps not an issue, is i think they make their iced lattes with cold brew or coffee. the taste is off and you can tell by looking at the drink that it’s not a ratio of 1-2 espresso shots and the rest milk. it’s more like a flavored iced coffee with a splash of milk. not sure if that’s what’s happening or if that’s always a thing but it’s definitely odd.

I made a reservation online, because it was for a 'meeting' of sorts and I wanted soft chairs and ample space. I was told we'd be seated by the firepit. The firepit, is atop a table. That's exactly what I wanted. But I had to call to confirm the reservation since I never received a confirmation. It was extremely noisy when we got there. Once the place emptied out a bit it was better, but overall, the seating arrangements leave a lot to be desired with respect to comfort and privacy. No one showed me to the table when I went to the counter to say I had a reservation. And there was nothing marking it as reserved. The firepit was not lit up. No one asked us if we wanted it lit since no one really acknowledged us. And it's not that I expected a waiter, but no one greeted us, said here is the pit and how to use it or ask us if we wanted it operational. When I ordered my green tea latte, no one could tell me what kind of sweetener was used in them so I got it without one since I didn't want an artificial one and couldn't be assured one way or the other what the ingredients were. Then, when the drink was ready, it was just left on the counter next to someone else's order, unmarked. Not very service or customer oriented here. Had I not heard amidst all that noise the faint sound of someone saying 'latte', I wouldn't have even known it was ready.I would have gotten something to eat, but the ready-made desserts looked sugary and were nothing special. And already feeling as though something was off here, I decided to forgo my plans to get warm food. It's about service. When you make a reservation, request the firepit, and it is not lit up, and the place is cold and no one cares if you are getting what you reserved a spot for,, and your drink is not quite what you want it to be because those making it have no idea what they are serving, and don't care if you get your drink at all once they've made it, well, let's just say this is just a place with no real atmosphere or charm, or anything at all that makes it one I will ever go back to.I wonder if anyone will actually ever figure out what a real coffee shop/meeting place ought to feel like. I suppose if all you want is to stop in and grab a quick cup, these things don't matter, but I don't need to pay $7 for a quick cup of anything. I could have made 7 green tea lattes at home for what I paid for the one I got. I wanted a place where I could have a cozy, comfortable meeting, with some quality food and drink. This place failed on almost all counts.Americans don't seem to care about service and quality. And for the record, I've lived here my entire life, and I'm old enough to remember when things were different. To top it off, we were asked to leave as someone had reserved the entire space for a private party. I'm sure the firepit was lit up for them! LOL.

I had a Swiss cheese, eggs and bacon on a bagel. Absolutely delicious. Every time we come down from Buffalo I think we're going to have to stop and get
