Their scheduling is easy online or in the app. They confirm appointment requests timely. All work is assessed and communicated electronically (including pictures) for approval. You can drop off anytime and pay online to pickup after hours. If all of that sounds too good to be true, they are also just the NICEST people you ever want to meet or do business with. Oh, and they personally contact you a few days after your service just to make sure that you are satisfied.If you get the same or better treatment where you take your car now, keep going there. “I could write like ten paragraphs about how amazing Norm and Meanor Body are, but I'll keep it reasonably short. I'd give Norm and Meanor infinite stars if I could. First,, Norm is an absolutely fantastic guy. When I drove up with my 5-year old, he invited us into the shop, showed my son all around, and invited us back any time. Second, this is a 100% family owned business, which Norm has taken over from his father (and it's on the most beautiful 25 acre plot you could imagine--a sight to behold in itself!). Third, Norm is exceptionally fair and reasonable in his pricing--he did it for a fraction of what another mechanic estimated. Fourth, he did the work in record time--ordered the part the day I came in and did the work the day the part arrived. I mean, I just cannot say enough good things about Norm and his business--I will be going back for life; and I will refer all of my friends and family to him for all of their autobody needs.”
