This place is insane, they hold your meds, make you contact your dr and rx. Been 2 years and maybe twice they've had my meds on time without incident. Had a major neck sx and they held my meds because of drug interdiction.. after talking to rx they realized it wasn't an issue and didn't bother to schedule delivery.. Even after talking to Dr I had to call them to reschedule.. I get it once every 28 days. Now do to someone who thinks their job is important, I have to wait 2 more days without meds..

I’ve asked to be put on autoship 3 or 4 times now. They keep telling me I’m on it, but it’s NOT shipping. I have been late taking my medication twice in the last 2 months. AND, stop hiring foreign speaking people for U.S. customers!!! I can’t understand ANY of them!!

Accredo's failures to process medication orders in a timely manner and failures in processes to communicate urgency of orders puts patient safety in danger

Never get medication on time

Totally inept. I called customer service to ensure my medicine would arrive on time by the weekend and was told my medicine would arrive within a week. Without notifying me and without explanation, the delivery was rescheduled to three weeks out. Since no notification was given, I only found out about this inexplicable change after a week had passed and my medicine hadn't arrived yet.

If I could give zero stars it would be zero I have been trying to get a medication for over a month now to help me not go blind and they are giving me the runaround of it’s your insurance it’s your doctor when they have all the information they need it’s ridiculous I have been on the phone with them for over two hours a day every day for the past three weeks and I finally got the name of the supervisor today I am not one to usually complain but they have pushed me to my breaking point of niceness

I hope your life does not depend on receiving medication from this fly by night company. Unfortunately I have to use these Bozo's because my companies health insurance requires me to do so. I have been using them for a year now and they yet to give me an honest answer about when my medications will arrive and if all paperwork has been approved. I have yet to receive my medications on time without missing a dose. I swear they work out of someone's garage in PA.

My doctor ordered a specialty medication for me SIX weeks ago. I'm still waiting, the pharmacy keeps telling my doctor that they've been trying to get a hold of me, which is a lie. When I did call them, the lady hung up on me. I've heard excuse after excuse. I've been in a flare for over TWO months. They lied to me, they lied to my doctors office. I've been suffering horribly, I've slept maybe 15 hours in the past week, I look like someone beat me up because I am bruised, I have scabs and open sores on my legs from scratching. Avoid this place at all costs. I will be letting my dermatologist know about this.

Horrible pharmacy. I was supposed to start a new medication several weeks ago and haven't received the loading dose yet. Someone sent the maintenance dose instead. I've called multiple times and each time I'm transferred more times than I can remember. No one knows what is going on no matter how many times I explain it. Blamed the insurance not approving the loading dose then my doctor for not sending a authorization...come to find out doctor office spoke with insurance and obtained the override.....Accredo isn't communicating with the insurance or doctor office well either. Wish I didn't have to use this poorly managed, badly trained, backwoods ****hole place.

Accredo got one star from me only because I can't pick negative stars...this is the most horrible specialty pharmacy I've ever dealt with. No one knows what they are doing at Accredo. I've had to call my insurance company and have them talk to supervisors EVERY TIME I need a refill (which is every 2 weeks)!!! And even after my ins speaking to a supervisor, I still have issues and never get my meds on time! I am always at least a week late taking my injection because of accredo! Having the Dr switch to a new pharmacy!

This company is in dire need of an audit & fast. In order to receive my medicine at a reduced cost, I applied through a help program. Unfortunately, I was made aware that I didn't meet the requirements. After fixing my situation *the same day* that I was informed of this, I called back & was assured that I now met the qualifications & that I'd now receive my medicine at $5 a dose, versus $100+. Fast-forward 6 months, dozens of phone calls later & lie after lie, my coverage FINALLY pulled through. I can't tell you how many people I spoke with that told me my issue was resolved & it turned out it wasn't. It's lying. Nothing else. As a side note, it took this company AN ENTIRE YEAR to get my correct phone number on file. Everytime I called to schedule a refill they'd read off a defunct number, I'd tell them it's wrong, give my correct number, & they'd assure me that the old number was off file. This happened for an entire YEAR. May 2023 - 2024. "Incompetent" doesn't even begin to describe this unprofessional clown show of a company. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

I receive in home infusions administered by a (travel) nurse weekly. She has been my nurse going on 3 years. The medication was recently sold to Accredo. I was assured multiple times in letter format that it would be a smooth transition and that I "should" be able to keep my nurse. They stated that they realized the importance of that. My nurse sent in all the paperwork that they required and never heard back until months later. They dropped her a generic email on a Friday at 10pm, so there was no way of either of us contacting Accredo until Monday. The generic email stated that she wasn't needed and thanks for reaching out! No formal or informal interview...nothing. My nurse has over 20 years of experience and administers the same infused medication to 2 other patients. When speaking with an Accredo patient rep on Monday morning I dealt with an incredibly rude idiot. He told me I couldn't do anything about it and that my nurse should apply...duh, she had months ago. He told me to have her call them. After 3 years of my nurse coming to my home weekly we have become good friends. I see her more often than many of my family members. She knows in detail about my health issues. I called the former pharmacy and they have received phone calls from other "upset patients", like myself over the nursing situations. It would have been wise for that former pharmacy, in my opinion, to even just read these reviews of Accredo, which are clearly overall negative and have chosen another more reputable specialty pharmacy to sell to.

Extremely slow to respond. Reps repeatedly lied and failed to communicate when more information was needed. Long wait times, unhelpful staff, and terrible communication.

They are the worst specially pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Disorganized, does not care or listen to the patient, misses refill deadlines, and a terrible system interface. If my insurance company would allow a choice, it definitely wouldn’t be Accredo.
