I’ve asked to be put on autoship 3 or 4 times now. They keep telling me I’m on it, but it’s NOT shipping. I have been late taking my medication twice in the last 2 months. AND, stop hiring foreign speaking people for U.S. customers!!! I can’t understand ANY of them!!

Accredo's failures to process medication orders in a timely manner and failures in processes to communicate urgency of orders puts patient safety in danger

Awful! Waited almost a YEAR for my injection, they never sent it. The drs office and myself have contacted them repeatedly. They are the WORST. Nightmare to deal with.
