Had my daughter and my hair colored, her hair half washed out and my red all washed out within a week. The tips of my hair is pink and that's about it.
I told them about it and got told that's just how it goes. I had asked for a refund of the red coloring because she had worked really hard.
It cost us over $600 for our hair and it looks like box color. Save your money and just buy Kool aid packets. They last.
