Jones Chevrolet has always been a familiar name of dealerships in my area but I never have done business with them. We were looking for a specific vehicle and I made a call to Jesse in the spring of this year and talked to him about what we wanted and when the lease on our current vehicle was going to be up, he told me to call him about a month in advance to the lease running up in the late summer and he'll take care of us, I made a call to him with about a month or so to spare with our current lease and he had already ordered a vehicle based on what we talked about in the spring.... (That is the kind of people I want to work with, he completely remembered everything from the time we talked earlier in the spring).... It came in with some things that we didn't ask for and he was hoping that my wife would like it, those extra things actually made us love the vehicle even more... Between him and his crew he made made the whole thing from beginning to end so easy and seamless. I can't say enough about the whole crew that we got to meet and work with as to they were all wonderful. I think we found our dealership for life and I'm really looking forward to doing business with them over and over again in the future!

Took a month to get my car back from repairs on engine. Missed out on some trade in opportunities ( My car had been taken in 9+ times to find the issue through warentee ) Got my car back and they didn't even wash the outside of it.

Recently went for my first regularly scheduled maintenance on my 2024 Chevy Trax. My salesman, Dave Paul, greeted me at the door to check in with me. Service was quick, waiting room was pleasant, and it was worth the 30 minute drive. Super happy with my entire experience with Jones!
