Great environment, clean, tons of workout equipment! Daily pass $5. $30 for 1 month, $75 for 3, $150 for 6, $290 for the year!! They have everything you need!! I'm not sure of minimum age, but my 13 and 14 year Olds use it accompanied by me. Closes at 23:00 hundred hours, and opens at 04:00am.

Had such an amazing experience with their tanning beds! Their bulbs are brand new and the entire tanning area is very clean. The owner and staff are welcoming and kind- I would highly recommend!!

This is the favorite gym I have ever been to. The facilities are continually being upgraded. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendly gym setting. A mix of old school and modern machine's. A Power room for the Hard core Powerlifter. 2 competition benches a Rouge deadlift bar, squat rack with Rouge power bars. Belt squat machine, reverse hyper, Numerous leg and upper body machines. Five different abdominal station's. We also have a seperate cardio room with a big screen TV. Numerous cardio machine's from treadmill's to a ski Rouge and a Jacob's ladder. 3 elliptical machine's and 3 different bike's. Battle ropes, Prowler as well as a tire flip machine. IIII----IIII.
