The whole place is under construction so no elevator. No vending machines. Every local bar is closed permanently and the gas station down the road is only open til 5. Highly recommend staying away from here

This place was not what I expected. I do have to give them a break and the fact that they had had water break above the main desk and they were working on that but the ice machine was leaking which had nothing to do with that. The elevator was not working. The towels in our room had brown stains on them which looked like they had not been bleached and I wondered what the brown stuff was. There was mildew on the ceiling in the room. We did not see that when we checked in or we would not have stayed there. I was told that I would get a discount and got got almost nothing. Due to the key machine best being messed up I had to get some one of the desk to let me in my room every time I wanted to come in. I would have thought with all them mess and everything I should have gotten a discount more than just a couple dollars. I would never recommend this place. The place just in front of them looks like it would be a much higher quality place to stay. I was told by someone else that this was not a place that I should stay at after we had already booked our stay

Elevator broken and hotel under partial construction. Month stay for work...gotta walk to the 3rd floor since elevator is down. Breakfast is cereal, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit....no eggs or breakfast meat of any kind. Worst hotel in 8 months of working with my company
Rooms: Rooms are musty, wall outside my room needs drywall for whatever reason.

An absolute farce of a hotel. Showed up and there had been a flood recently. The entire property smelled like mildew from the lobby to the rooms. The key card machine was broken so we could not get a card for our room and had to get a private escort from the front desk clerk every time we wanted to go back in. When we asked for any type of compensation after paying full price and having no warning that hotel in this state of this repair, the manager refused to do anything. There are so many better options in the area. Steer clear.

Upon check in, I was told no keys. Manager had to let us in every time. Breakfast was a big blah. Not as clean as it should be. Manager and workers were outside of our room partying loudly at 10. Had to ask them to be a little quieter. Ice machine wasn't working. The room needed new beds ( uncomfortable), paint, cleaning......
Won't be staying again. ?

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and received some of the worst service I have ever had. The key card machine was not working, so we had no key card to our room for our entire stay. Someone had to come and let us into our room every time we wanted in. The staff kept telling us the machine would be fixed "tomorrow," but apparently it's always tomorrow. The external door was also broken and not secured.
Housekeeping was done to a bare minimum. Towels would be taken but not replaced. One day we returned at nearly 4pm and discovered that the room hadn't been cleaned yet (check-in time is listed in the in-room info binder as 2pm)--we never got housekeeping that day. The day that we were scheduled to leave, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:45am, even though check-out time was listed as 11am.
The room was decent enough, but on the morning we left, we passed two people in Orkin pest control uniforms, with one of them wearing a respirator. On the one hand, if there's a problem I'm happy that the hotel is dealing with it; on the other hand, it's not encouraging that pest control was there at all. I have since learned that other reviewers have reported bed bugs. I am praying that we did not bring bed begs home with us.
Breakfast was unimpressive. There was coffee, and otherwise some fruit, cereal, instant oatmeal, and waffles. That was all.
At check-out, when my partner tried to explain what our experience had been, the staff member at the desk was unwilling to hear the feedback, was hostile, and engaged in gaslighting.
I do not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel.

No room keys, so front desk has to let you in your room every time you leave, unless you're comfortable leaving your room open while you're gone. Bathroom wasn't cleaned, body hair in sink and shower as well as orange scum on bathtub. Large mold spot on bathroom ceiling above tub that was starting to sag/fall. Mold spots across ceiling above tub. Manager denied his position multiple times and failed to address my concerns.

It's ok if you really need a place to sleep, breakfast is a horrible selection of cereal or waffles.

Bedbugs. My doctor just confirmed my bites.
I've stayed here once a week with a co-worker for the past 6 months. Up until last trip we both stayed on second floor, no real complaints. Rooms were decent, staff friendly, but elevator has been broken for months now.
Last trip I was put on third and he was on first floor. Next day he shows me a picture of bedbug on his bed. I didn't see any. A day later both he and I had bites show up. I went to doctor to have bites confirmed for work, doctor confirmed clearly bedbug bites.

The room was disgusting, we checked in for 2 nights and checked out 10 mins later. The staff are rude and they have bed bugs.. we are still fighting to get out money back. Booking .com has had to get their legal team involved. This place I would give 0 stars they called us liars until I showed them the video of the bed bugs on the bed l, will never again

Beware of bedbugs! After cleaning the bathroom with bleach due to hair everywhere. Started cleaning the night stand and saw bedbugs crawling on the pillow. Front desk guy was nice but when told his response insured me they were aware they had them. DO NOT STAY

Comfortable but outdated. Bed was comfortable but felt like it’s been there 10 years. Tv stopped working out of no where. Breakfast left much to be desired but it was 55 bucks so what do you expect. Was comfortable for the price. Service was very friendly though!

Elevator was out for 3 of the 6 weeks that I stayed, sparse house keeping went to no house keeping once elevator went down but price stayed the same

Rooms, minor cleaning issues: under handicapped grip bars, stinky shower curtains (damp, not proper drying, use Simple Green, OdoBan, and Pinesol (original- no fufu odors).Service, I didn't want for anything when I requested.Location, nothing special, NOT REALLY NEAR town. NOT CONVENIENT BUS ROUTE, NO CONVENIENT SCHEDULE: EVERY 2 HOURS. UGH!Room phone, RINGS BUT THE OCCUPANT CAN'T ANSWER.Be careful in the exercise room, they may have a pair ready to occur if they aren't more alert and equipment conscious.I guess not to bad, 5 issues out many possible.Lastly, sounds proofing between rooms in the walls is excellent. But ceiling and floors lack proper noise reduction efforts, resulting in the nose and knowledge of EVERYTHING the occupant above is doing.Don't close, just fix some of these issues. Clean properly, make sure at least the room phones work, and check you equipment. A lose hndle in any equipment means an unsafe situation. Permanently affix that handle. ( This was reported, no notes or reports were taken just the words, " will tell them". I hope she did)
