They returned my camper payments and hired a repo company to steal my camper, which my cat and I were living in. Do not take a loan out with this bank.

This bank is the worst their is no body in charge the staff is racists especially the agents over the phone like JEN from the fraud department very rude don’t bank at any location they don’t follow regulations you file dispute you never get a determination letter they close your account and tell you they don’t need... read full comment

TERRIBLE customer service! They quoted a payoff on my vehicle traded in and then raised the amount on the dealer. Decided to inform me when the balance was 45 days late and if I didn't pay today, she would "ensure my credit was ruined."
