They only have one mechanic and when I stopped there to get tires changed the mechanic was to busy sitting at his desk to busy to sitting there doing nothing... They don't care about how to be effective and efficient with work around they don't do anything after 3pm that's when the customer get an up charge and the vehicle is stuck in there garage and extra day because of there laziness if u take it vehicle there expect to not get ur vehicle back for a day even tho that oil change was apost to only take an hour. But ended up being a 1 day project for keystone service center Warren PA

My mother took her vehicle here for a Pennsylvania state inspection. My mother was told the car would not pass inspection because it needed new tires and they then ordered her $600 worth of new tires. She then took the car to the dealership where she was told by the service manager that the tires had plenty of tread left and did not need to be replaced. BEWARE!!!! this place will take advantage of you!!!! My mother has done business with this place for years but will now be taking that business elsewhere. It's shameful that a place conducts business this way and takes advantage of people who may not know anything about vehicles!

Since I can't do a 2nd review I had to edit out & typo in an updated review. I've had great service with this team and as a retired Store Manager it's good to see good businesses still out there. I went in again on 9/8 to get my car vacuumed & wiped. Sadly a mistake could've cost me hundreds but it worked out. Please when cleaning don't remove the fuse box cover then spray because the inside of fuse box was saturated wet or sprayed with cover on enough to spray into the finger hole. After 2 days of running high heat & windows cracked the fuse box dried & my transmission reset completely no problem. I know you guys didn't do anything on purpose just saying be careful spraying along anything electrical. Ron & team I will be back and all is forgiven :) Dan

Took my vehicle there for an inspection only to be told they didn't actually pull it in and inspect it because my front tires wouldn't pass. Now instead of pulling it in and actually inspecting it and letting me know everything that's wrong with it if anything even is I have to make another appointment just to figure out if anything else is wrong with it, get that taken care of and make another appointment. Three appointment when it should have only been two absolute waste of my time. The old guy that works there was absolutely rude, lazy, and unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars I would, they don't even deserve one.
