This salon is nothing short of terrible. Constantly canceling and doesn't tell anyone. Very rude customer service and not to mention huge lack of professionalism. Fels like in Warren we have so many salons to choose from I can't fathom how this one stays open.

Made an appointment last week for today at 5:30 for my daughter. And told me that she couldn't do it bc a family member of hers needed her hair done instead. I made a appointment last week for wednesday and she didn't even have the decency to call and tell me she couldn't do it. Went down and she wasn't even there. If I could give her 0 stars to post this I would.

We showed up for an appointment made weeks ago - to come and see a sign that the stylist is sick, they are closed. No phone call to let us know, nothing. Would not recommend

Amazing experience with this salon would highly recommend It she was friendly very patient and the atmosphere had a home Feeling! My hair was a total mess when I walked in there and I walked out feeling like I was a beauty Queen thank you Sherri for a amazing job

My girlfriend went here to get her hair dyed blonde. Showed her pics and specifically asked if she could do this color. The stylists said yeah no problem after hours of coloring her hair was light orange. The stylist said oh it's just the lighting and told her to go outside and look at it. First off get better lighting your a hair salon people wanna see the final product before they leave the salon. Charged her 80$ and gave her orange hair. Place was filthy and unorganized wouldn't recommend anyone to go there

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! My family and I are in town due to a death in the family and we were in desperate need of hair cuts which she got us right in not to mention she did an amazing job. Sherry was also able to dye both my daughter and my hair. She did a FABULOUS job. Sherry is such a doll and I highly recommend. If I could give her a 100 stars I would.

Go see Nicole at Famous Hair in Warren. She did an amazing job, was super sweet, and gave me a look I've always dreamed of but didn't think was possible. Could not be happier.

Very long wait any time I go in. My last cut was not right they said they could not fix it the same day I would have to come back anther day to have it fixed I ended up having to pay someone else to fix their mistake. They never got back to me after I contacted them twice. When I had my hair cut they put the same cape on me that was on the previous person with their hair and dead skin all over it. Long wait Rushed through, Don't care about their customers. I will not go back and will not be taking my children here and letting everyone I know what kind of horrible service I received. I have never been so disappointed and unhappy with a hair salon in my life.
