I will not be back. I bought several items that I couldn't try on (no fitting room), came back a few days later to return some. Return $$ are only in store credit that you have to use that same day. So, I bought some more items that I couldn't try on. Went home, nothing fit. Finally got back in to return those and was told it was beyond the 14-day policy. My bad, I thought it was 30 days. But when you have to buy stuff just to try it on and can only replace things that day, and have to make sure you get back there within 14 days....wow, I just don't have time for that. These policies make shopping there very difficult.

Very friendly staff, alot of good items, only thing I will say is always test electronics, staff did let me know some of the fans for sale didn't actually work, that bit of honesty went along way with me,

Long time customer here. Started when the shop was in it's first location in the Warren Mall. This location has become dirty, disorganized, and the music is way too loud. Unpleasant shopping experience. Didn't stay long, and felt the need to use hand sanitizer upon leaving. We usually spend a good amount of money, at Goodwill, and make a day of hitting about 6 locations over a weekend. Hope this store can get itself spruced up. ~ Alan H.

Seems to be a shortage in the small mens selection . But it's usually pretty good overall, for small town goodwill store.
