Do not go here! Terrible customer service. Absurd requirements (needed to know my appointment date!) Don't like the brands they use, their brands don't work as well. Difficult parking. No drive thru window. Miss Darlings Pharmacy and don't like CVS but will go back to CVS.

I love gaughans I got all 3 of my meds on my door today when I only called in 1 cause I had 2 days worth left the rest I had call dr to get refills I hadn't even been able to get hold of dr before all 3 were hanging on my door they are awesome they get hold of dr for my refills so I dont have to and automatically refill them when needed and deliver

Had a Covid test for my daughter done through them since we don't have a car and live in town. Said the test would take a couple days to come in. It took about a week and countless phone calls to get my daughter's results. When I asked a few days after she had the test (day after we should have gotten results), I was lied to and told that the lab was backed up and I needed to be patient (the lab wasn't backed up, I called them directly). When I asked for the special number that tied my kid's test to her, Gauhn's said it was weird and that I needed to be patient. The lab told me it was weird they never gave me that special number. They failed to enter in the information properly. If I hadn't called around like I did, the lab told me we probably wouldn't have found her results. Get tested elsewhere. If they lie about the lab being backed up to protect their hides, it makes me wonder what else they're lying about to the public.

I was very disappointed when I went to get a home COVID test that on the web site was 19.99 and when I got there it really was 36.00z I was told that they get what they can so prices vary, however they one I bought was the same one advertised on the web site. You should really change the price On the site.

I would not recommend. I spent two years calling several times a month fixing insurance and billing problems. Mistake after mistake after mistake. Some prescriptions took weeks to figure out, only to find they ran it through insurance wrong again. I was also treated very rudely and blamed for their shortcomings.
