DJ is confused. There is a 50 cent charge for a card. They're ALWAYS friendly and transparent. Easy drive thru garage and absolutely no way there should be a one star review for this place.

Pulled in last night at 7 pm. The kid working was arrogant, bothered and totally rude. I will never patronize city ice again. Screw them. I will spend my money at a reputable distributor.

Beware, so you want a receipt? Better ask for one...pricing varies and boy loading your beer up will Jack up the price if you don't get a receipt and argue with you about the price "dude" (he says to his customers in the drive thru) and skims off of the top for his tip. Rude and disrespectful to customers in drive thru. Do not recommend this place.

Love this beer distributor!!!!! You drive up to the building, and then drive right inside(sometimes a line, but moves quick). Then one of the employees come up to you, and say Hello how are you today?!?! Then ask, what can they get for you today(if your a regular it’s how many you need today lol). All the employees(that I’ve met there so far)are polite. Plus who wouldn’t love a beer distributor that is drive-thru, full service, and always has my flavor in stock(even during this pandemic). I recommend this distributor to everyone who asks me. where’s the best place in warren to get my flavor?!?!
