I recently visited this location and was shocked by the treatment I received. the staff made me feel like a criminal, and treating me as something I am doing illegal. visited 2 time and both become bad experience.
made an appointment for a check deposit. Later got a call, to go with different bank.
second time went there to withdraw some cash. when the funds are available they said need to verify the check (deposited same bank but different branch) and they made sure I have no pending transaction.
using this bank more than 9 years never felt same. worst !!!

Staff tells you one thing on the phone and when you arrive in person it’s completely different.

I had a very old savings bond (like 1985 old !) that I wanted to cash. The first bank I went to said it was too old for their machine, but when I went to the Wells Fargo branch on West Street Road in Warminster this afternoon, Andrea helped me; she knew exactly what to do. Andrea was knowledgeable, professional, and guided me on what to hold onto for tax purposes and so forth. I'm very grateful for her assistance and expertise. Thank you, Andrea!

Ask for Rakibul. I went to the Blair Mill location and had a trash experience. Considering I am a former WF employee, I was surprised. However Rakibul took care of me at the Street Road location. Amazing service from him and Monica.

I had reservations about wells fargo prior to this branch opening near my home. The new manager and the staff has completely transformed my view of wells fargo banking. Jaime Johnson deserves a lot of credit I don't say that lightly - she is always pleasant and efficient, absolutely cares, and most importantly she is a willing problem solver. A+ Bank teller and employee, i highly recommend this particular bank if you are looking for a better banking experience. The new manager is wonderful, she always greats customers at door and I am doing a disservice not remembering her name, I will update my review when it comes to me. A+

Wells Fargo is the worst bank on the planet. They set transfer limits and you can’t transfer your own money. Not only that, I just called about a $31 fee did they charge me for stopping payment on a scumbag company that did automatic deductions from my checking for a car loan that I agree to a dealer. This is a money making thing the dealer does which I agreed to when I purchased a car. I just called and complained that I was charged $31 to stop this action, instead of refunding me the $31 they only refunded me $15.50. Wells Fargo you absolutely blow

Was there to set up an account and they didn't give information on their savings products. I realized after I left that I wanted a savings account and they made it virtually impossible to open up the Way2Save after leaving. They insisted I needed to return during the pandemic to re-verify information they verified less than 72 hours ago to proceed. If you mistakenly start banking with them, I would make sure you know what you want when you show up the first time so you aren't doing extra. They don't ask you probing questions about your banking needs - regardless of what they say on the phone to you (this is what their leadership said to me on the phone - they don't "sell" products, they "listen" to what we need and recommend. This did not happen on my visit.) I recommend banking with someone else altogether and leave these people alone.02/16 - Sent an email and requested information to the below address from Wells Fargo response. If anything changes, I will update the review accordingly.02/17 - They tell me it will take an undetermined amount of time to "address my issue" AKA - 10 business days so I have time to let it go.I stand firm beside my review and I implore anyone considering banking here to reconsider and bank with anyone else. Worst service in the PLANET.

I just spent a total of 23 Minutes sitting in the drive-through at the Street Road Warminster location. I would have backed up and left, but I was blocked in. It was Finally my turn to pull up to cash cash a $125.00 ( Wells Fargo) check to put into my own bank, Citizens To cover some recent bills. I asked the woman if she needed 2 pieces of ID. Teller...No good afternoon, How are you today? Nothing! She asked if I had account at the bank. I said I didn't, that I just needed this check cashed. She proceeded to tell me that I had to come into the branch for this. WHY? I explained that I have been sitting for 20 minutes and ask her nicely to please cash the check I had in hand with 2 pieces of identification. She refused. I then asked if there was a sign before entering the drive-through. She put a Small piece of paper through the window, I assume stating that you have to come in unless you have an account, I never looked at the paper, at this point I asked for the manager. I waited another 10 minutes just sitting there while the poor old lady behind me has now been in line for 30 minutes. Great customer service!!!! Not! The Manager also refused my request. Absolutely awful customer service! I pulled around and parked and was taken right away. There was no one in the bank that they couldn't have handled this at the drive-through window for me.I again said, There's no sign that says you need to come in the branch if you are not an account holder. I asked them why they don't have this? All I got was they understand my frustration. I would never open an account at Wells Fargo. This should have been a very easy transaction. Worst customer service ever! I wish I could give ZERO stars!CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!!!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. I bank with Wells Fargo in spite of all the news that continuously pops up with them because their staff is usually friendly, and they have branches everywhere. I need to wire funds TODAY, and they are demanding that I set up an appointment and guess what - they have none for today. And it's only 10AM. I get the COVID thing, but most legitimate businesses are conducting front facing business as long as people wear face masks. Definitely closing account once I move. They likely wont care because I only keep bare minimum to avoid fees and meet my banking needs. I'm not a fee generator for them, except they will get $30 to process this transfer, whenever I figure out how to get it done.
