I had to dry my clothes somewhere else.
The laundromat only takes credit/debit cards. But the dryers are separated by credit and debit. Half of the debit card dryers were out of order and half of the working debit dryers were taken by the attendant. The rest wouldn't take my card. The attendant yelled at me when I asked her about it. After trying three different dryers I took my stuff around the block to tue cheaper laundromat.
Honestly the whole place is from the attendant to the system is shady. I wouldn't have done my laundry here if I wasn't passing through.

I used to go there when Mark was in charge he had done a great service and maintaining the place real good. When the new owners came in I was insulted by one of the help that i couldn’t load a machine and it looked like a casino in there it was in mid January that I was there for the last time it’s a little of a way out but I go to a laundromat in Lansdale since I work near there and to get better service.

I'm editing my review because of poor experiences received when they do the laundry for me. The laundromat itself usually has a good amount of working machines and they give you $1 for every you put at least $20 on their card before removing it from the machine.
When they did the laundry for me a few years ago, they would sometimes not follow instructions (high for an hour in the dryer) and then leave my laundry wet in the bag for me to pickup. I'd have to redo part or all of the load. These days they complain and get defensive if I check my laundry for anything wet before taking it. Admittedly, they seem to be listening to instruction now.
This last time I paid to let them do my laundry, I had actually stated that I wanted to pickup the laundry the next day but they wanted me to pick it up the same day. So I changed my plans and picked it up. There was a mixup on where my bag was upon pickup. Now I'm missing a bra and a full pair of compression socks. I had them before I hired them and didn't when I returned with the laundry. When I called the first time to see if anything was found, I left a vmail because they wouldn't pick up despite being in hours. I did not get a response from my vmail. When I called again a week later, asking if anything was found. They had no knowledge of my call. The representative insisted that nothing was lost at the laundromat, didn't bother to check anything, and talked over me. It was clear that all she cared about was not taking blame for something I wasn't even blaming her for. She didn't care about helping me. She wasn't understanding of the situation.
I am never going to let them do my laundry again. I will be changing laundromats as soon as I find one that is of equal or better price.

Since under new ownership all the good employees have left. The inside looks like an arcade. And he no longer will put the air conditioning on when it’s 90 outside( I was told it works but when the doors open the heat comes in).I also lost money in the washer and was I called a liar by the middle aged Spanish women and was told” tuff luck lady”. Her ignorance is not good customer service at all. The prices when up much higher. Not worth it, there are many other facilities in the area. I’m saying GOODBY after many years.

Connie welcomed us with a smile and answered all our questions. We hadn't washed clothes in a laundromat in some time. We are out of towners and I found your establishment on line with wonderful reviews. You have a wonderful employee who cares ? ?

Proceed with Caution:
If you're considering giving this place a try, there are a couple of things you should know beforehand to ensure a smoother experience.
Firstly, let's talk about the machines. Having been a loyal customer for several years, I've noticed a recurring issue with the equipment. The machines, unfortunately, show signs of their age, resulting in occasional malfunctions. From dryers that fail to reach adequate temperatures to soap dispensers of washers that seem to have a mind of their own, be prepared for some frustration along the way. While these hiccups can be a nuisance, they're not necessarily a deal-breaker if you're willing to exercise a bit of patience.
The bigger concern, however, lies in the customer service department, particularly with a middle aged Spanish woman. I urge you to tread carefully when interacting with this woman, as their approach to problem-solving leaves much to be desired. In my experience, this employee has an attitude, disrespectful and a tendency to deflect all blames onto customers. What's more, eye witnessed she pushes customers go for larger, more expensive machines resulting in spending more money. This behavior not only creates tension between staff and customers but also undermines trust in the establishment.
My advice? If you encounter difficulties with the machines, bypass this employee and go directly to the owner for resolution. By doing so, you can avoid unnecessary conflict and ensure a more effective response to your concerns. Additionally, be mindful of how drop-off laundry is handled, as I've observed instances of carelessness that detract from the overall customer experience.
In summary, while this laundromat may offer convenience in terms of location and availability, it's essential to approach your visit with caution. Keep an eye out for potential machine malfunctions and be prepared to navigate interpersonal challenges with certain employee. With patience and proactive communication, you may still be able to get your laundry done without too much hassle. However, if you prioritize seamless service and a positive customer experience, you may want to explore alternative options.

I rarely need the laundromat but when I do, I use Wash & Go. The owners and employees are very nice and helpful. The place is super clean, especially when compared to others in the area. Much easier to do all the blankets and comforters in one hour, without taxing my consumer-size washer at home.

This was my first time using a laundry service since the dryer that was replaced in my apartment unit was not up to the task of drying a bedspread! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole experience was. I opted to bring the bedspreads there but next time Zi will try the delivery service. Very pleased with the results!

Dirty and most of dryers needed lint cleaned out or didn’t work. Nobody on site. Will not use again.
