Edit: returned for an appt and saw Taylor CRNP....most comfortable I have ever felt I'm my entire life thank you
Absolutely disgusted with the way the girl Heather at the front desk speaks to patients. Please go find another job as this is not for you! I called to ask for simple prescription and the after her getting NASTY with me I asked to speak with her CRNP Diane at her convenience. Absolutely appalled at the way she responded after I asked for a callback from my provider. Down right nasty rude and unprofessional! Please listen to your calls if they are recorded! I know Topkis and Diane can do better than this.

Best group of doctors around. We even moved out of town but still drive 45 minutes to see them. They're that good.

Dr. Bob is the best! He is very caring and always listens to your concerns. The staff is great here too, always helpful and friendly.

Woman at the front desk is it very rude unprofessional she shouldn't be working at the front desk with that rude attitude. Waited three days for them to call me back to tell me that they weren't taking new patients shame on them.

Dr Bob is great. Interns are always knowledgeable. Staff seems to be different all the time. It is nice to see a good mix of people.

Dr bob got me through an extremly difficult time. I was in a very bad place mentally. He got me through it together. He REALLY cared not just "take these pills and see you next week". He made me feel like life WAS worth living. Its like he was right there with me every step of the way. I have recently moved an hour away but I will always continue to take that hour ride for Dr bob.I also live Diane Rotherham. She is wonderful too.

This is by far the worst front desk service I have had to encounter. They do not follow up punctually and their behavior has been unwarranted. So much so, at this point I do not know for sure that it isn’t a ‘race’ thing.One of the front desk ladies, I believe her name is Alona, spoke to me RUDELY when I went in earlier this month. She kept INTERRUPTING me when I was talking to her, and eventually raised her voice when I was asking about some bill amount I had to pay. I spoke to the office manager who reasoned that they were short staffed and that recently a provider had left the practice, and therefore she may be stressed. I responded that I have not been getting proper and time sensitive communications from the front desk for OVER A YEAR, although the provider only left recently. I also mentioned that I do not believe I deserve to be greeted first thing in the morning by a woman who is worked up and impatient. I only say this because her behavior towards me was enough to upset me that I built up the courage to speak with the office manager. However I do not see a difference and even today when I called the front desk, she HUNG UP on me when I asked for the office manager (after getting my patient information) and the tone of the person who was speaking was once again rude. She transferred the call when I called the second time and directly asked for the office manager without saying anything else. When I went in to ask about getting a doctors note today, I saw that it was once again the same person, and I told her it was rude that she hung up, after which she informed that the office manager is not in today.The whole thing has left me feeling very uncomfortable with this doctor’s office. Even though the doctor is great, I am now considering changing my Physician. Save your sanity and please choose a doctor’s office with smoother front desk services.

Previously rated them a three but am updating due to some more poor experience. They've always given a doctors note even if they can't get me in due to being busy but now they no longer will do that and are telling me I need to go to an urgent care. Also they replaced the rude old woman with a rude young woman who never answers the phone when you call. Will definitely be looking for a new doctors office now.

Absolutely love it here! They are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Bob is the best! Not only does he know what he's talking about, but he has personality. I never feel rushed. This is really important. He takes the time to examine his patients, but also talks to them and listens about their concerns.

In my 44 years I've had a lot of PCPs due to moves & a myriad of medical maladies. & Dr. Bob is by far the best ever, as are the office RNs & Receptionists, esp the one that always does the pre-auth my insurance requires for appts at the last minute bc I always forget. On a personal level, Dr. Bob has seen me thru a Cancer re-DX & while I don't see him as much, he still called out of the blue, for no reason other than to tell me he saw my Oncology report a few months ago. & today's wellness check was a reminder of why I very highly recommend him & this office!
