NEW REVIEW. I have multiple important, EXTREMELY IMPORTANT pieces of mail missing. One being a check, which is super illegal to steal. Where is my mail, where is my money???!!!!!The supervisor here, I think he said his name was Christopher Mikus, is an absolute piece of trash, incredibly rude, and disgusting. Don't go here unless you truly have to, I'd recommend using the other one near Warminster. What a joke of a place.

Horrible experience. Rude and condescending female behind the counter. As a medical professional this was abhorrent to me. Drive further to go to another location.

I receive email notifications with the mail I'm expected to receive that day and for the 2nd time this month the mail wasn't in my mailbox. The mail from January 2nd still never showed up and the mail from yesterday never showed up. You need to look into your employees because they are stealing mail which is a crime. Important documents I'm shown I would receive never show up. Seems pretty shady to me.

Online stays open till 2:00 PM Saturday, but the note on the door at 1:00 PM says CLOSED. OUCH!

Mailman has bad attitude always wants to fight then as soon as you complain he says he feels threatened and is back by the union. Warminster pa post office very bad!!!!! If I could have given a lower score I would have.

Very rude staff handle boxes carelessly, even if you write fragile they still throw them away. The product is broken before it even starts to be delivered! Something needs to change at this post office!

I've had more missing packages that say were delivered and I never received them from this postal office over the years. To me it smells of corruption.

Both manager and especially Pete rude and unprofessional, amazing that this guy still works here. This proves the postal office is ready to hire anyone, even people who should be sedated. Hilarious reviews here from some people cheerleading for this office and even showing love for the employees. Get a life and take good long look in the mirror.

I have dealt with both Warminster post offices and the one in Horsham. Horsham always had at least 2 clerks at the counter. Warminster sometimes has only one and very long lines. Clerks stony faced and don't look at you. Post offices have no competition, same as any government offices so they can treat the customers any way they want. They apparently are trained in nasty and aloof customer "service". They sound like what I hear about the nasty US immigration officers. Their "customers" are foreigners so they are not just cold and mean, but accusatory and cruel. They make the post office counter clerks seem not so bad. The mail carriers, are totally different and usually are sweethearts. As usual the US government makes no sense. Also I have limited time to stand in line due to a back disability but I am never accommodated when standing in a long line so I have to go when the line is usually shortest .

At least this USPS Office answers their telephone. The Warminster location in York Rd STILL doesn't answer their telephone AND you can't even post a review on their website anymore either?!....What's up with THAT! Made numerous complaints to Washington, DC. They said they were going to correct the problem, but obviously didn't?!

Package said delivered, but wasnt in mailbox. Went to ask if there was any way they could check if it was put in the wrong box (mail is dropped in cluster box)Manager/Supervisor on actually went out of his way to check and called despite it being past closing time and sure enough it was. Got the package, excellent customer service and helpful.
