They do not honor appointments, you make an appointment even with the owner and when you arrive they try to pawn you off on someone else!! Never go there again if my time is not respected why should I give them business!!

I have been going to this salon for several years and have always been pleased with my nails, pedicure. Service and atmosphere is friendly. They always do their best to accommodate! Bin and both Lee's are wonderful! Would recommend to everyone. Clean salon.

have been going for almost 2 years and today is the last day i ever step foot in that place, i usually get refills done but today the messed my nails up so bad... nail polish is all over my cuticles, all my nails are diffrent lengths,shapes, and sizes after i kept telling her to fix it....nothing like this ever happened to me

Spent a lot of money for a wedding party nails cracked not even a week later. Appointment set for return. Then they couldn't see me or fit me in to an appointment. Go to green tea salon in Willow Grove.staff so much nicer

I GOT FUNGUS ON ONE OF MY NAILS I've went to Tips and Toes a couple of times before this happen and I had okay service..I got my nails done at Tips and Toes about two weeks ago before i went to a different nail salon to get a refill on my nails." Busy schedule". When the New Salon took the polish off my Nails they told me that i had Fungus. One of my Nails was green under the fake Nail.. I was upset and didn't get my nails done at that New Salon and went to back confront the guy at Tips and Toes who did my nails. So when I arrived at Tips n Toes the guy had a Customer, so the lady with the limp was talking to me..She said that they had Customers get Fungus on their nails all the time and it's nothing to worry about,and when my nails grow the Fungus will come down and disappear and it'll go away about 4 weeks.. She explain that when HE did my nails I must had a crack on the nail that HE didn't SEE and that water got into the nails to make the fungus. I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE OVER 20 YEARS OF MY LIFE, AND NEVER HAD I GOT FUNGUS ON MY NAILS. THE FACT THAT SHE KEPT TELLING THEY GET CUSTOMERS WITH FUNGUS ALL THE TIME .. MADE ME DO THIS REVIEW --- I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU.

Just fair... got my gel nails twice and date shipped fairly easily before they were even one week old and with most places, the gel nails last Almost 2 weeks.

I have been going to Tips & Toes for over 15 years. All of the people are so nice considerate and I believe artists. From full sets to refills and pedicures and don't forget therapy they make you laugh a lot. Great great people!
