I purchase Italian black licorice wheels from Sweet Gourmet every month, most of the times they're absolutely delicious however on occasion I've noticed they don't have the same taste,they usually arrive in a white and gold bag with 3lbs of licorice wheels but when it arrives in a different colored bag that's when they don't taste the same. Trying to reach customers service is next to impossible and I can't understand why? This is not the first time this has happened to me. I would appreciate any input Thank you.

Great product's. Try their chocolate covered pretzels with reese's pieces. So good

Terrible products. Had bought some nuts from their website last month, didn't sent all of my orders- contacted them around 10 times till got refund for that and the nuts I received stink! they are at least 3 years old.
