It was a pleasure working with Suburban Marble and Granite for my new kitchen countertop. The sales process was pleasant and great suggestions were given and the communication was clear and detailed the whole time. The installers were on time, paid attention to details as they were prepping and installing, were friendly and polite, and left everything perfectly clean when they were done. And the counter looks great!

Dave was a great help in all aspects of addressing the repair of our shower floor and lower walls- from assisting in finding a tile to compliment the existing wall tile, to brainstorming to create a pattern that made the transition from the original tile to replacement tile end up looking as a purposeful style choice rather than an obvious patch job, to estimating the project timeline perfectly. Jeff the installer and his team took great care and time throughout the process. Dave stopped by each day to oversee and explain each step of the process. The experience helped make an unfortunate house repair less painful knowing we picked a great team and the job was in excellent hands. I will definitely recommend Suburban and would use them again with confidence.

While planning our kitchen remodeling project, we had selected an unusual tile that we really liked. Our contractor got tied up, the project was delayed, and by the time a start date was announced, the tile we selected had been discontinued. In trying to find an alternative tile, we visited a half dozen stores and received little to no help. Finally we had the good fortune to try Suburban Marble and Tile and meet Tile Manager Dave Hennessy. Dave went above and beyond to help us find the tile we wanted. I would rate Suburban the #1 store of its type in the region, and #2 isn’t even close.

We were very pleased with the entire process of selecting, templating and installation of our countertop. Elissa was very helpful and patient and explained the entire process. The measure/demo/ installation teams were very professional and efficient and took great care with our property.We also had a new backsplash installed and Dave was a pleasure to work with.We are delighted with the new look of our kitchen and would certainly recommend Suburban to anyone.

Suburban promotes Silestone quartz as a great product. Turns out many customers are reporting issues. One of the owners of Suburban promised us new counters or a cash discount only to back out on a later date. Hard to believe this is all about money. Check out the review below.

I had a great experience when I recently purchased granite countertops from Suburban. Elissa, my salesperson, was very patient and pleasant in answering all my questions and in processing my order. The timeline for templating and installation was reasonable but when I requested an earlier install date, I was accommodated (by Susan) when an earlier date opened up. The installers arrived on time and the countertops are beautiful. Thank you, Suburban!
