I have ordered from your store quite often with both delivery and pick up options. The last time I went to the shop to pick up an internet order, I was directed to the opposite side of the huge store and almost to the back end. I find an cordoned off portion near the children s clothing. It says check your assigned number then locate the package from among the “ racks”. BtW my assigned package was not easily recovered at all. Had to search nearby to find it.
Why does your Customer need to find their order? The new system is absolutely ridiculous with the location of the packages near the rear of the store. I have ordered from Kohl’s frequently and have a credit card with the company. I often used the pick up and return service and was delighted when moved to the front of the store. Very convenient for Your customers especially during COVUD. I was ordering today and realized the terrible experience of the past and decided to shop elsewhere.

I stopped in looking for help with color matching for foundation and blush. Angela and Myriam helped me. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and make sure I had the perfect match for my skin tone. As a woman in her 60s who is not up on make up trends, I could not have asked for better service. I don't know what else to say besides I so appreciated their help and conversation !

I definitely prefer this Kohls to the other Kohls in Doylestown but Kohls as a store in general has left much to desire over the past years. This one does have the Sephora upgrade but I don't think I'll ever remember to go to Kohls so that I can go to Sephora. They also have the Amazon returns which lets face it , is the real reason people come here. Their home section was nicely merchandised the last time I came but the clothing was a little lacking. The parking gets very crowded here as well and there are not many close by handicap spots.

I have to give major thanks and appreciation to Kohl's Warminster location. A few days before Christmas I was fulfilling some last minute needs for 4 families that myself and some generous friends "adopted" for Christmas. I purchased some gift cards and accidentally left them in the top of the cart. Kohl's management replayed the security footage to see they were found and partially used by a woman. The cards that weren't used they deactivated and replaced and the one that was, they offered to do the same but I said let the woman who found them keep it. Who knows, maybe she needed it. I went in today to pick up the replacement and they gave me back every card at full value. Even one that was for another retailer. Such a class act and amazing service, above and beyond. Thank you!

This Kohl's is located in Center Point Place in Warminster PA. On 11/13/20 my sister and I stopped in to look for the hot new card game of the 2020 holiday season, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza. We stopped by because this Kohl's is right down the street from her apartment and it had a few in stock. We did not find it but we were impressed by the game displays they did have and one associate who was working in the Kids Toys + Games section went over and above to try to help us track down the card game. Unfortunately we did not get her name but it was much appreciated. It is still a great Kohl's and I would come back again one day!

Horrendous,, we have 2 accounts with Kohl's one in my name and a joint acct, made a payment on my account they applied it to the joint acct, so the joint account has a credit my account is past due with $16 late fee, call up and after 40 minutes of a painful conversation the kohl's rep finally gets it , so I THINK,,, he tell me he will credit the late fee and the financing fee and it will be done automatically in the system... One week goes by and no credit , I make another call to Kohl's credit dept ..another 30 minutes explaining what happened and I was assured for the 2nd time the credit would be handled , I said OK i don't want this late fee to accrue and guess what its now $38 dollars in late fees, get 4 calls on a Sunday from Kohl's , explain this for a third time and get told once again it will be taken care of -3RD TIME , wait for it I get another call on 12/15 that I HAVE MISSED 2 PAYMENTS ,,, explain the situation for the 4th time.... and asked why no one at Kohl's can due there job,,,, oh I am sorry sir you can rest assure that I will take care of this matter.-4TH Time... today 12/26/19.. I received a letter from Kohl's my account is suspended and is past due.... i am utterly speechless the level of incompetence, lack of obvious training.........
