My mother lives down the street from this place and I’ve been buying toys for my kids for years.I read a few of these negative reviews and had to laugh because my experiences have been nothing but positive.The owner and her staff are always friendly, helpful, and kind to both me and my children.And on top of that, they’re got an unbelievable selection of gently used toys that you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere else.Check them out, it’s totally worth the trip.

Been coming to this place for at least 7 years. Never had any problems with any of the items. Today I accidentally bought the wrong toy. Called the owner back within 1 hour to ask to exchange it. Then was told that I could not exchange my item... that all sales were final; and that I could possibly do consignment in a few months. The item was under $20.00. I would have exchanged that item and purchased $100 more of items. That was my plan. The owner sounds nice but the customer service and reference to exchanges is horrible. It's not a good business practice to not accept exchanges from returning customers within 1 hour of purchase. It's also not a good business practice not to accept returns in general with receipts for certain items. It's also not a good business practice to tell your customers that you appreciate them while the actions don't match the words. Especially if it's a returning customer that would have spent way more money than what he initially spent after returning it. For $16.99 I found out what this place truly means. Hello level store with no business class. So I guess I got off cheap to find this out. Unfortunately, will not be returning to this place ever again. Never seen anyone talk themselves out of something that would have been way more beneficial for them than the final decision that they made.

Owners know inventory in their heads, therefore customers can ask if a specific item is available rather than searching a very packed store. Well organized. Used and new items are sold. All used items are complete and tested for working order and all pass US standards for safety.

Good place to get second hand toys. It is easier on your budget to get second hand when you never know how long kids will play with a toy. Store is busy but they have an enormous selection of items. Staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful.

I personally rate it a 3, but I am not going to deter people from going. I found it to be very overpriced for most items. The owner def have some great hard to find pieces that a priced accordingly (ebay listing equivilant) , however the whole store seems to be inflated. Def found items I could get for half the price at competing resale stores or even new for less than her listed priceOwner was nice enough. Knew her inventory and the worth of those unique pieces.

If you are looking for game pieces or anything toy related. This is the place to go. The owner knows everything about her merchandise and more. Prices are good. You have to stop and see what she has. She is a sweet heart.

If price is not an issue, everything at Replay is awesome! The people that work there are so helpful and very kind. There is a $10 minimum for credit cards. The variety of items is pretty vast. My only complaint here is I thought everything was priced a bit high. I still recommend stopping in and checking out the inventory!

Owner has a rudeness kind of nature , seems aggravated when requesting her to rotate old jewelry case which has been broken for years. Aggravating to her to request her to rotate display case at entrance when there is a mixed variation of small toys . To top it all off when asking for price of items she doesn't know and looks on EBay to compare prices, but not necessarily over all conditions. As you shop and holds item in her possession continues searching internet and periodically raising cost . No signs to verify who the donations go toward or any type of donation receipt. What group or association prospers from store donations? Which percentage? Fix or remove the old jewelry case if such a burden !!!

I checked this place out last week and wasn't disappointed. Everything is put together so nice and neat. I felt like I was in a new toy store. The owner, Antoinette, was extremely personable and down to earth (sometimes these shops outside the city can be uppity). I enjoyed my time there and so did my little one. It was a all around great experience.
