Pricing is falsified and They dropped and cracked my TV. The claim was filed with Suddath, Beatrice Kims, Customer Service Supervisor, and she has THE WORST attitude, and is very dismissive. Her attitude, is uncalled for, regardless of the turnout of the situation. I would have just given my TV to strangers and bought a new one, rather than to have this headache.... It's very frustrating.
I was informed after services were completed that it was just approx. $300 something to crate and relo my tv, well, apparently, it was the same fee to uncrate it. They intentially avoided sharing that information explicitly.

Me and my husband just scheduled moving with them were a military couple and not only did they push our move back two days they were unresponsible disrespectful and not to add very rude don’t move things responsibly either I do not recommend moving with them

Their staff was not prepared to perform the work and took shortcuts resulting in damages to imported custom furniture. They made upfront assurances of full coverage, but have scince rescinded. Escalations underway but it seems this is standard operation procedure for them. Delay, deny and defend - I'm on the last D with them at the moment. They initially claimed it with their insurance but were themselves denied as the insurance company found them to have been negligent in their handling of the furniture. Rather than taking accountability, they minimize the issue.

While these folks appear to be professional they didn't show up on time for the crating, but had me wait at home for them and then didn't show but did come the next morning. The craters were nice and got everything crated. The crate created however did not protect the piece and was broken in the move, but when it came to their liability they choose not to accept it. You would be better off to save your money and take your chances elsewhere.
