BUYER BEWARE.. Cancelled our sectional without notice after it was discontinued, only found this out once I had called to find out why it had not been delivered on the scheduled date. After a long back and fourth and a trip to a sister location, we had no choice but to cancel order. No further compensation was offered for the situation. SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR MONEY. Went to Costco, bought almost the same exact sofa for HALF of the price and less than 10 days delivery. I do not know how places like this stay in business. Poor customer service, long wait times and overpriced inventory.

Ordered couch, ottoman, and chair plus 1 on 12/13/22. Was told 2-4 weeks for delivery someone would call me once in warehouse to set up delivery. After I received that call, delivery was set up for 12/23. Furniture was delivered with no problems & was exactly as ordered. I was nervous based on previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised with NO ISSUES!

On 11/14/2021, I ordered a bedroom set. Received it in September 2022. Drawers were missing. Until this day 11/30/22 I'm still missing the Drawer that goes on the side of the bed. The worst. Poor customer service

Honestly awful, I never leave reviews but this experience has been a nightmare .Quoted 8-12 weeks for my furniture which turned into 9 months almost 10.They looked decent but could tell it was cheaply made . Of course didn’t take long before a plastic piece broke .They came out to service it in May, that guy was super nice but he couldn’t fix it on site because he needed to order a certain piece for it.That was in May of 2022.I’ve been calling the customer service line every 6-8 weeks looking for an update and every time it’s being blamed on a out of country manufacture as to why it’s been taking so long.Very over it at this point, it’s November. I just called again & without fail, they don’t have any update .Save yourself a headache and just buy somewhere else

worst furniture buying experience. You should never think to buy any furniture. My sofa has cosmetic issue does not look brand new. They said they will replace sofa. I have beed following up with them every two three month and today they come after 2 yr and replace one pieces of sofa and not responding to my call. I would suggest not to buy anything from here even at half price.

Wow. I just read the other one star reviews- I'm glad I'm not alone in getting completely ignored by these folks after spending almost 2k at this place. They don't really care after they've taken your cash you won't be able to get a hold of them. Purchased furniture in early September which arrived damaged. I immediately informed them and they opened a 'ticket' and said someone would be in contact within 10 business days. And that's all I have from them. haven't heard from them in almost two months, and have sent emails and called almost weekly. I think they believe that if they ignore the customers then we will simply give up trying to contact them?! Great business model guys! Not interested in customer life time value, just want you for one deal. Don't care for any return business or referrals. They have a mentality of "We've got your money so who cares, you can bug off now". Spend your money at a different furniture store and save yourself a severe amount of frustration. To the other folks who reviewed them with only one star, you are not alone, it's a pattern and seems to be standard policy!!!

My experience is related to regency in maple shade which was mealeys at the time (was already bought by regency), 'sold' aka just had a big 'sale' and stayed open as regency. As I understand all regency's and some ashley stores in the area are under the same leadership, and my review pertains to the post buying customer service experience.I bought two chairs last January. One was damaged. A technician finally came in April to take a look and said it would take too long to fix they should just replace it. Spent the next 8 months trying to track down a replacement. Finally learn it's discontinued. They pick it up to try and fix it at the warehouse. End up not being able to, so they only get a credit for the one chair. I asked for it to be brought back because I don't one two mismatched chairs and they say they can't do that nor can they get a refund for the other one. So after one year and probably 30 calls into customer service I have one chair that does me no good and nobody can help. I've sent emails to all customer service addresses and tried all avenues. I would avoid this place (now regency) and any other spot under the same leadership.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We ordered a couch in January and was told it would take 12 weeks. We had no communication from the store but every time we called our date was pushed back further. They kept giving us different excuses but finally told us that all of our pieces were in the warehouse. FINALLY scheduled a delivery for yesterday, received a text confirming the day before and then the store called afterwards to say they didn't have any delivery drivers. Absolute nightmare and we are cancelling our order. Save yourself the trouble and buy from literally anywhere else.UPDATE: After posting my review, I was contacted by Jessica Orellana who was EXTREMELY helpful and was able to schedule our delivery for the following week. Our couch has now arrived!

Reviewing on behalf of my mom's recent purchase. Chest was delivered damaged. My mom has been calling for 3 MONTHS to try and get some assistance in resolving this matter. All the while being unable to even use the chest she purchased. She continues to be given the runaround. I have sent 2 emails to two different regency support email addresses I have found. I intend on calling them on behalf of my mom first thing in the morning as well. Its not right that the first big purchase she has made as a widow results in this nonsense!!

Not worth the hassle and frustration.On October 24th, 2020 I ordered three pieces of furniture from this store. I paid in full and was told it would take a maximum of 12 weeks to receive my order because of COVID restrictions/issues with logistics. After 12 weeks, I never heard back from this store or anyone affiliated with them. By the 13th week, I called and was told one of the pieces was in the warhouse (couch), and they were waiting for the other two, it should be another week. On week 14, I called again, they said the second piece (chair) should be arriving this week and I would be called by next week, but unfortuantely they would not have the third piece (table) until MAY of 2021. I was assured they would call me before the end of the week and do a partial delivery for the two peices of furniture. On week 15 I called again, the chair/couch had supposedly not arrived at the warehouse and they were still waiting. I just got off the phone AGAIN on week 16, and was told that the couch and chair are there, but they need special approval to do a partial delivery and someone will get back to me within a day or two. She also informed me, there are only 2 or 3 time slots available for this month and they are all at the end - pushing my estimated delivery time back to 18+ weeks.I can understand the issues they are likely having with recieving and delivering furniture. I can understand that wait times have been extended. However, I do not underestand how the information regualrly changes when I call (if you can get someone to pick up, the phone number listed is never answered) or how they can need approval to deliver furniture I paid for. For the quality of customer service and the transparency of their bsuiness practices, you are better off spending your money elsewhere. Buying those pieces of furniture was initially a very happy experience for my husband and I, and now it is a constant source of tension and frustration. If I do not hear back by tomorrow I will be contacting the BBB and disputing the charges on my credit card, as another customer reported they also had to do.

I cannot get in touch with the store ..the phone just rings and rings. I was told by a customer service member from the warehouse that if i dont have the address changed that the Warminster store incorrectly added to my invoice, if and when the mattress arrives they will refuse to let me pick it up. Ive also filed a complaint with the BBB due to the incessant delay in the mattress being sent to the warehouse for pick up and the constant lies when i call and being told it will arrive in the next week for the past month. . The day of the purchase I was originally informed that it will tale about 4 to 6 weeks for it to arrive. It is now 2 months and i am getting the run around. I wouldnt recommend going here to purchase anything that isnt available on site. I would appreciate a call to rectify this situation before the BBB contacts the Comoany itself.

ordered a sectional on 12/5/20 and was told 8 to 12 weeks. When that timeframe passed I called the store and was told the ETA is now July 2021, yes 7 months later. That is unacceptable, Covid or not. I called customer service number on the Regency website and they not very helpful and referred me back to the store manager. Extremely disappointed.

This is the WORST CUSTOMER service ever they damage deliver again damage back ordered now been waiting since sept order I would not recommend anyone to shop here
