I was buying new car and I needed a lot of cash for the transaction, they told me they didn't have it and forced me to get a cashier's check with a ten dollar charge. I then went to the manager Megan and what a mistake that was,she is a nasty rude person and I wouldn't hire her as a wal mart greeter

PNC has been my primary bank for 20 years. This is the location closest to my house, so this is where I go when I need to see a teller or a banker. However these days I use PNC's online app and their extensive network of ATM machines to complete most transactions. They have two ATMs, one drive-up and one walk-up at this location.

Have been coming here for a long time and it's just not the same. The old staff must have left and they hired new people and let me tell you terrible customer service. You constantly wait inside and at the drive thru sometimes you get a hello or when you hit the call button they don't answer or hang up when your talking. They better get training and do follow ups because it's just going down hill

My boyfriend and I visited this location today around 5:50 pm. He has been banking with PNC for years. He spoke with a teller and asked if he could cash a money order. He approached the tellers station and another teller asked him about his visit. When he told her he just needed to cash a money order, she said that he could either cash it or deposit it. Then the teller who's desk he was in front of said, "in my three years of working here, I've never heard of anyone being able to cash a money order (Randi)." This left him very confused because both tellers were providing conflicting information and weren't on the same page. The teller who he was in front of sent him away and declined assisting him. Keep in mind, my boyfriend works in banking and he has never heard of a bank not cashing a money order. We just didn't feel comfortable with the information so we proceeded to the drive thru to confirm one more time. As soon as we pulled up to the window it was 5:56 pm. Other than looking at us through the window the teller (Randi) didn't even acknowledge us. We were appalled by her behavior as she began closing the shades. As we pulled off, she opens the blinds and signals ATM and then proceeds to close the shades again.Talk about terrible customer service! I ran multi-million dollar flagship retail stores in the past and the stores never closed early nor did we ever provide customers with incorrect information. We spoke with a corporate representative about our experience. She said that the teller was incorrect in telling my boyfriend that he couldn't cash a money order at the location. The representative said that money orders are seen as cash to PNC bank. She was also shocked that the teller provided false information and by her behavior overall. If the teller truly didn't know the answer, the correct thing to do would have been to leverage available resources or call a neighboring location to confirm. But instead, she decided to lie and dismiss him from the store. I am surprised people thought highly of this location to even give it more than 1 star. This location has a 3.1 overall rating on Google. How?! If I could give this review 0 stars then I would have and believe me even that would have been generous.

I paid off a car loan in 2019 with pnc and once I got a new car I was informed pnc never reported the loan removed to the state so I got harassing phone calls from the dealership. When I went to resolve this issue with pnc I was faced with intense wait times, demeaning customer reps m who repeatedly lied to me and was told there’s nothing they can do to help me. After multiple calls my issue still isn’t resolved and no one from this bank cares. This was honestly the worst banking experience of my life.

Because of the horrible service provided by Joe Morgan I am on the phone with PNC corporate and will be closing our accounts after almost 10 years with PNC. Disgraceful. I confirmed with corporate that the notarizing of my document is a service he should have performed. Pure laziness and incompetence. I will take my money and Private Client status elsewhere.

I tried to dispute a charge and came in to provide evidence for the dispute to be faxed. It has been 3 times now the fax was never sent over and I have had to reopen the dispute. I've been through the process 3 times and called for them to tell me they got rid of my dispute paperwork. I will be switching banks.

Customer service above and beyond. They go out of their way to make things easier for everyone. Standing outside in the heat to offer withdraw and deposit slips for those in line at the drive thru. 10/10.

DO NOT BANK WITH PNC. DO NOT BANK WITH PNC. Awful experience. I have UNFORTUNATELY been banking with PNC for the last few years during high school and throughout college. As I get older I have noticed the little things. Unhelpful employees, rude managers (MEGAN in particular), and just overall POOR service. A family friend loaned me money to pay for my tuition, after working to save money to pay off the debt PNC called me because of a “random end of year check.” Basically the manager tried to tell me that AT RANDOM I was selected to have my account transactions reviewed (complete BS). They saw 2 large amounts ($1,000 each) being transferred. They called me over a dozen times and sent me emails. After finally getting a hold of me they interrogated me on the reasoning behind my transactions (like it’s any of their business) then the rude manager said “okay well I will submit your responses and we will see what happens.” As if she thought I was lying. Overall awful experience. PARENTS do not sign your children up with PNC, PEOPLE do not sign yourself up with PNC!!!!! IF YOU LIKE PRIVACY AND RESPECT DO NOT BANK HERE. Now that I am post grad and working full time I will absolutely be switching banks ASAP. Embarrassed at the fact PNC is “the bank of PSU.” Disgraceful. Thanks for absolutely nothing PNC.

This review is based off the experience I had today 5/18/19. Kaitlyn is super exceptional, she helped me open my IRA with ease and she has great customer service skills. Great job PNC for having someone like her on your team.
