Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! Will never be going there again! And will never recommend them to anyone. I bought a car there a year and a half ago in 2022. First they lied to my dad and I and said the car was a 2014 and that it was too old to come with a warranty which it is a 2015 and should’ve come with a 90 day warranty. Then we buy an extended 3 year warranty. My transmission went within 6 months of me getting the car the did replace that. My ac compressor went in a year they refused to fix it and told me that my warranty didn’t cover it when it should have. Now just the other day my car was overheating and sounded like it wanted to stall out. I drove it to the dealership to have them look at it. I thought it was the transmission again. They look at it tell me the transmission went and that there was damage to my engine due to overheating and told us it would cost 8,000$ to fix and that I should just look into buying a new car. While I was trying to figure what to do with my car situation they give a rental that they’re not charging me for. My dad has my car towed to his mechanic too see what he says. As soon as I told them that they were telling me I needed to bring the car back. Never told me by a certain day or time. The next day they’re calling me telling me they reported the car stolen because I don’t want to buy another car from them or have work done by them…..my dad’s mechanic looked at my car and said the transmission and engine were fine and that to fix everything that’s wrong with it would cost 2500…they ripped me off from the beginning and now tried to tell that my car wasn’t worth fixing and tried getting me stuck in another deal..please please don’t go there. All they care about is about is money and selling a car. They acted like they wanted to help me but they didn’t. Will never be going back there for a car ever again.
My car mileage did not exceed the limit for the warranty when my ac went! That also does not justify LYING about a cars year and that it should have come with a warranty!!! Also that does not excuse LYING about issues with car that isn’t there. They told my engine and transmission was bad when it wasn’t! Trying to scan more money out of us!!! Lastly does not excuse calling the cops on someone that was told “bring it back as soon as possible” I have ALL the voicemails! They never said to bring it back by a certain day. They were willing to pay for it until I told them I was taking it somewhere else and they got mad about it and that’s when they wanted to call the cops because I no longer wanted to do business with them. That’s the only reason! One of my friends has also bought a car there and she told me every time she dropped her car for inspection they would do all this work WITHOUT HER AUTHORIZATION and then try to charge her for all the work done to the car. Do better and stop ripping people off thanks.

I bought a Nissan Frontier SV from here they were nothing but professional and pleasure to deal with! Would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. I was able to work out a fair deal and they had me in and out in a few hours! very happy with my truck!

Kitty Johnson in the service department was very professional n knowledgeable. DTE miles on my 22 Frontier wasn't resetting due to small amount of fuel was being added.. bad design on Nissan's part...but DTE did reset after adding a half a tank of fuel... also a shout out to Sandra Garcia in sales department for putting the deal together n crunching the numbers to get me a good deal..

This dealership is the epitome of dealerships. Their customer service is awesome. I bought my first car from them, was worth my 55 minute drive. Lou was my salesman and he did a fine job with the presentation of my new Nissan Rogue. All of the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The next step in the process went just well.
