I would like to thank O'Neil Buick GMC for an outstanding buying experience. From Brian the used sales manager, discussing options on the phone and getting a ball park figure on the car and trade in before I made the hour long drive out to the dealership (living at Mcguire AFB). Then Eric my car salesman, he went on the test ride with me and kept the conversation going and let me get a decent test ride in, not just down the street and back and let me play with all the cars features never once seemed annoyed knowing I owned my current vehicle and could walk away from the deal anytime I wanted. Then Joe the finance manager, got me a better rate than my bank, advised me of extra coverages but did not force or try to convince me they were required. Ended up with the car I wanted, without feeling like I lost in the negotiations. I've bought at least 8-9 cars at dealerships, probably one of my better experiences, was not there all day and felt like I got a good deal. Highly recommend.

Scott Saldan is the main reason I am a loyal customer of O’Neal Buick GMC”s Service Department. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and always provides me peace of mind for all my car servicing needs. I highly recommend the Service Department of this dealership, but more importantly, give praise to Scott and the manner in which he truly cares for his customers!

Story time!
So 6 months ago I bought this bad boy from Buick GMC O'Neil. I was told there was a new battery installed around the time of purchase. This was obviously a lie because my battery had to be replaced yesterday, after being stranded for 3 hours with a dead car.
Despite just buying it and having an extended warranty, it wasnt covered. Also found out the dealer failed to ensure/ install a battery bracket upon purchasing. So, not sure how my battery even stayed in place as long as it did. Also not sure how it actually passed inspection to be sold but whatever. They so kindly threw in the bracket for no extra charge, LOL.
Anyway, I leave the lot & my car is making an alarming sound that it hadnt been before. While back at the dealer for the new battery and bracket, I had a tire rotation & alignment. Somehow, an extra wheel weight ended up on one of my wheels and was rubbing against my brake caliper! I took it back immediately. 4 trips to O'Neil Buick GMC later, I finally have a car again! Oh and also despite having a warranty that guarantees a rental car, they didnt have any to lend me. So, I couldnt make it to or from work for 2 days.
Through all of this , I couldnt even get my salesman to return my phone call. I feel as if I was completely taken advantage of. Moral of the story: Dont trust car salesman!

Dave and Joe and the service team has been taken care of my parents and my family for more than 30 years. It’s the only place we go to when we need a car. We trust them every time when we have an issue or are in need of a car. Their team is like family. We are grateful to have them so close to home.

They handled oil Change an tire rotation professionally. Also diagnostic back camera needed to be replace. I am now waiting for a work order to be submitted, and response from O ' Buick .
