“These people owned the lien on my truck. They were very responsive and easy to work with over email and phone. Perhaps I don't understand the business well, but it seemed to me like they were a lot more accommodating than they needed to be since I got the loan through a car dealership, so they didn't get my business using their reputation. They got some complex things done for me fast, faster than much bigger companies like Nissan Finance or Ford Credit. They also paid for faster shipping on my lien release than they had to without me asking them to. They also emailed pictures of it when they sent it.
