I scheduled an appointment at 8 am and showed up at shop at the scheduled time. But no one was there. I spent there 3 hours, waiting for service. At about 9 am tech came, but didn't start with my truck, the customer who came after me was helped first. No apologies for ignoring my appointment, nothing. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed.

Friendly staff at the location, did a great job. I had to wait while the work was done and they had free donuts which was nice. They seemed a little overwhelmed with the amount of work on other cars being scheduled, and I found out the appointments are decided by a call center, not the store location, which leads to delays and/or having to cancel appointments if they have to much to do. But my car was done (4 tires installed and aligned) in a reasonable amount of time, and I found the woman manning the desk to be very professional and genuinely apologetic about the wait time. Overall this is a good place to take your vehicle, no nonsense, they tell you the price of front so no surprises.

Monro replaced my alternator. I questioned why it needed replacement when there were no indicators on my dash suggesting my battery was not getting a charge. All indicators are in working condition. They insisted that was the problem. The problem turned out to be a slowly dying Starter. Within a week of the Alternator replacement the Starter died completely while being 85 miles from my home, I had to pay for a tow. There incompetence cost me a tow and a new starter at another repair shop. The starter was the undiagnosed problem to begin with. Monro denied any responsibility. Additionally, the Serpentine belt which attached to the Alternator was replaced incorrectly and created side wear and started screeching when decelerating and starting the car. A small crack formed, and the belt needed to be replaced. I replaced the Serpentine Belt 7 months prior, and this problem started after the repairs when the Alternator was replaced. I used Monro because they were a part of Car Advise. Never again will I use them.

Wife dropped her car off 1st thing in the morning for a flat which she called ahead and scheduled. She called in the afternoon to assure it will be done by the time she gets off work, dude gave her an attitude and said fleets came and were their 1st priority. When I called to remind them it needed to be done by the time she got off work at 4pm, he said it would be with again a loud sigh and attitude. After $65 to plug a tire and supposedly fixing the TPMS, when none of their findings were documented and our approval of their findings wasn't asked for. My wife is furious and were asking a full refund as we didn't approve anything nor were advised about what needed to be done. If that guy hates his job so bad, step aside I'm looking for work. Unacceptable.

I had a nasty metal on metal sound coming from a front wheel and I brought my car in without an appointment on a Saturday of a holiday weekend (Good luck, right?). They took a quick look and it was the brakes, which they said they could fix (Miracle!). Some parts were needed and Marie stopped what she was doing and went to get the parts. Antoine then got things sorted out, and I was back on the road in an hour or so. I’ve never experienced service like this in my life. Seriously. I’m still amazed and telling everyone. Thanks to Marie and Antoine I was able to (safely) get to my Mother’s birthday in time. Many many thanks!!!

The whole office smells like straight B O ... It's so bad the shopmanager is sitting on the lift in the garage cuz of the situation. I'll find another place to go to with a better waiting arrangement. If they're treating there workers like that imagine what they'll do to the car

The manager, Marie Daudin was very cordial, kind and thorough. The mechanic Bryan always takes his time to do a thorough job. He is also very polite and answers all of my questions to my satisfaction.

I have been a customer here for years, used to be a great place. However, I will never return. I took my vehicle for inspection and asked them to check because coolant was leaking. I was given an estimate for over $2,500.00 for a radiator and head gaskets along with other miscellaneous charges. My car is a 2015 with 87,000 miles. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion they fixed the leak for under $300.00 Definitely check other places before having work done here. Really was disappointed.

Marie, was wonderful, friendly, very professional & courteous. All my car issues were fixed while I waited. Alex is a great mechanic. Great pricing, Great service. I highly recommend.
