I normally don’t leave bad reviews at all, however, I had an awful nail tech today. If I’m paying a service I expect it to be done correctly. She left nail polish on my skin, my nails are crooked, she left the gel stuck to my fingers, she didn’t file my nails properly, none of my nails are symmetrical, she cut my cuticles while using the drill, was texting on her phone, and so much more. Over all it was a bad experience! The last couple times I went I’ve had really bad experiences. Will definitely be looking for a new nail place. Along with getting my nails done, I got my eye brows waxed and she didn’t even show me at the end. Cause she messed them up to
Stylist: No clue what her name was, she refused to tell me.

I was only going here for pedicures and one time got my eyebrows done. The pedicures were decent, there could’ve been more care and attention. I stopped going here in November 2023 because twice I showed up and they wouldn’t take me because they had no availability. The 2nd and last time was a Sunday and I showed up less than 10 minutes after they opened. I asked how long the way would be and they said they had no openings at all. I said you have nothing even later this afternoon? because I didn’t mind waiting or coming back. She said no. Lost my business because that was very unlikely or they just didn’t want to say it would be X amount of time or to go through their book. She could’ve at least looked in the book and asked if I wanted to book something for another day if she was professional. I called another salon who was able to take me within 2 hours and who’s my new go-to. This place also charges you to use your card.

Was debating writing this or not. I’ve gone to this salon pretty regularly for years now. Always had a wonderful experience with the nail techs and whatever service I was getting done. I went in recently for a new full set, felt rushed, the acrylic was carelessly put on, was very thick and all the nails were varying sizes and thickness. I hope this was just a one time thing since I really enjoyed going here. I’ll show what I asked for vs what I received.

My daughter got her hoco nails there and the girl was so rude to her. She told them what she wanted and showed a picture as well. They had to redo them for a second time and they still came out horrible. THEN THEY CHARGED ME $70 FOR A FULL SET OF ACRYLICS.!! Now her fingers are bleeding underneath!! If I could upload a picture I would!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!Service: Acrylic nails

This salon has a lot of mixed reviews and I suppose it depends on your technician, but I was impressed. My gel manicure lasted a full 4 weeks with no lift or peeling. I was also impressed by some of the options for the deluxe spa pedicure and I think I may return for that. The only criticisms I have are that even though you couldn't tell from further away, my topcoat had this weird bubble from being applied kind of sloppily and my nails smelled really weird after I'd left -- like.... Very chemically in a way they'd never smelled before with any manicure I'd ever received.... But overall, I was satisfied!

this was my first visit and I wish that I would have went somewhere else. the lady kept acting annoyed whenever I asked her questions. she must not have understood me. And my nails don't look like they were worth the $27 I paid. they look like someone did them in the dark and they are nothing like what I wanted. never going here again.

The best nail salon in the area!! I've been coming here since they opened and refuse to go anywhere else. The techs are great, they prioritize sanitation, and I'm always happy with my nails when I leave. I highly recommend it here!!Services: Acrylic nails

Not really understanding the bad reviews on here… my mother and I have been going here for almost a year now and I wouldn’t change a thing! Best pedicures around and the owners are so sweet to us. Any design or wacky nail polish style I’ve asked for I’ve been given, if they weren’t sure what I wanted all I had to do was bring up a picture and the tech would do it.Services: Foot massages

disgustingly rude. the guy who works there gave me a hard time doing my nails. he was upset that i wanted to add tips to my service (they were not busy) he claimed he didn't know how to do french tip and jumped up from his chair like a lunatic.

Every time I go the price is totally different. $35 for a refill + $5 to cut down + $5 for shaping + $3 for each nail that needs to be repaired. Total price was more than the price to get a brand new full set. The lack of consistency is unprofessional and frustrating. Will not be going here again.Service: Acrylic nails
