BUYER BEWARE! I have been a customer at this pharmacy for a few years and couldn't have been more pleased with the service, competency and friendliness of the entire staff. The pharmacy was sold recently. I was happy to continue as a customer and to give the new owner a chance to maintain the same levels of customer service as I was accustomed to. I had a few interactions with the new owner and was very displeased with his attitude and how he spoke to both me and my husband. I decided to have my prescriptions transferred to another local pharmacy, Eric's in Horsham. After four attempts by the new pharmacist to have this done, over a two week span, the transfer has not taken place. At this point, it was easier to contact my physician and have new scripts sent to Eric's since it should not be that difficult to fill my request to have them sent. Eric couldn't have been nicer about trying and it was a time consuming effort on his part that should have been a simple transaction. Needless to say, I will not be back at Horsham Square for anything.

I highly recommend this pharmacy. I called them in hopes they had a medication that was on back order with my other pharmacy. From the moment they answered the phone, they were so helpful and kind. I bothered them 3x in the span of 2 hours for updates on the status and not once did they get frustrated with me. I really appreciate the staff here. Very professional, kind, and willing to help.

What a great Pharmacy!! I have been a HUGE fan of theirs for the last year. They have been posting their in-stock formula on Facebook since the shortage so people who are looking for a specific formula know what they have available. Then of course my kids are sick back to back and we have 1 dose left of Tylenol and my little guy has a fever. I was able to call and check if they have any in stock, paid and picked up in a matter of 9 mins right before closing!! GRATEFUL Costumer!!Thank you so much!!

Always fills and delivers my prescriptions quickly. Never had any issues, much better than the pharmacy that was used before. Very easy to deal with.

My husband and I drove from Philly this morning to buy some formula for our twins. We found them through a friend and I periodically check their Facebook page to see what shipments have come in. Everyone working there was AWESOME. They were super kind and helpful and it made me want to leave a nice review :)

My family went to Horsham Square Pharmacy this week for PCR testing for our upcoming trip to Israel. The staff at the pharmacy were all super helpful. And, we all got our negative tests back timely. I only wish I lived closer and could use them for our prescription needs. Thank you for being a great resource for your community!

I couldn't think of a better pharmacy to be a customer of. They treat you with respect and they truly care about you as a person, not as a "customer". They show that their values are to you as a person is their number 1 priority. Their staff will assist you with any of your needs. I have had the pleasure of meeting Tom the owner and you can see that the staff reflects his leadership and morals also. This is a practice lost today and I am happy to have found it again. Thank you for everything you have done for my family and you have acquired a dedicated customer.
