Our dryer has recently stopped working so after doing some research decided to go with Hemi's, we made the right decision, Kevin and Tim came out were very personable and knowledgeable, felt like we knew them forever, gave us a fair and reasonable estimate to fix it and fully explained everything that was wrong to us. Gave us time to decide what we wanted to do, fix it or purchase another one, honestly these guys were so great just might get it fixed. I am very cautious about who I hire and you can't go wrong with Hemi's!Service: Dryer repair

We have an elderly relative who has an older refrigerator that was not keeping things cold. She likes the style/color and unfortunately they don’t make it any more. We called Hemi and they were able to fix it affordably and quickly. Dan the technician was great!

Left a message Sunday night about a fridge problem and Kathy called me early Monday morning. She was very kind and helpful, and managed to fit me in the same day for service. Charlie arrived on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes, was extremely knowledgeable and polite, and explained everything carefully. My GE fridge stopped cooling properly. I called Hemi's and got scheduled in pretty quickly. Dan came out, and analyzed the problem which was a bad fan. He got the fan going again temporarily and fridge stayed cool until he could return a few days later with a replacement fan. He was professional, polite and efficient. Prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable service. Kevin was terrific - was here when he said he'd be, diagnosed & explained the problem with my oven & the cost of repairs and completed the work efficiently. Kevin provided great customer service from his personal interaction to his ability to take care of the problem effectively... This was my first experience w/ Hemi's, and it was very positive, from the responsiveness & courtesy of the person who answered my call, thru the completion of the work. Would definitely recommend based on this experience!

I have had several interactions with Hemi's. Great. Appointment was easy to schedule. Field techs (Charlie, Kevin) called me to update arrival time. Guys were courteous, thoughtful and competent. Gave me full information and discussed the issue of repair vs. replacing the appliance. Decided to repair. Ordered new part. Returned to fix 2 days later. Fair price.Completely great experience from beginning to end.

From the time I called, spoke with Kathy, she responded professionally. Till the time the technicians, Charlie & Kevin, showed up - they were outstanding. On time and able to get the repair done the same day. Exceptionally well done. I highly recommend Hemi. They're the BEST.

These guys were great! Came out and knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer (after another company tried three times to fix) and fixed it in under an hour at a great price. They were very knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely recommend Hemi's and would use them again if needed.
