The team at the Warminster store was great! My daughter has sensory issues and hair wash/cuts are often a stressful time. Consistently this location has been the best with her. Today exceeded all expectations. I was hoping to get my hair cut too, but to do so, I needed to wait until my daughter got her hair washed because I typically need to be with her while she gets it done.
The manager offered to wash her hair so we could both get cuts at the same time. She was so great with my daughter and her needs and it was the best hair wash experience we have ever had, no tears! The patience and grace went a very long way. Barbra gave my daughter a great back to school cut and Katie freshened my tired hair :) Thank you so much!

My mother had scheduled an appointment for me to shape my hair up for my second job interview. I had a specific idea in mind and i showed it to my hair dresser which unfortunately i cannot remember the name of. I had told her to keep the length on my hair (i had a decent length on my hair that came down way past my shoulders.) She then proceeded to cut off about 4-5 inches more hair than i told her to. And get this, she judged my idea and said that this would "look goofy" AFTER she cut all the length off my hair. I went home feeling completely different but not in a good way. Never going to a hair cuttery again! If i could put 0.5 stars, i seriously would.

Avoid Hair Cuttery at all costs and avoid Lynn at this location. I left with my entire scalp damp when the only service I went in for was a blowout. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up a blowout. Customer service is horrible and they will do nothing to help you, they won’t even answer you.
