Just purchased a gas dryer for our new home. I knew nothing about gas lines and or how they worked. Home depot failed me miserably. I walked in on Monday morning with the hose and fitting and Bob knew exactly what I needed without me even speaking. Super friendly staff and some metal music to boot! ?. Thank you again Bob!

Bought faucets(shower and sink) as well as grab and towel bars from Grove. They were very helpful and processed and delivered (free of charge) my first order. The parts counter was helpful in answering a question from my contractor.

We had a Roth oil tank delivered this morning (10/18) at exactly the time Grove Supply promised by sales person Chris Cloud. BUT, the best was the delivery person who went out of his way to unload the tank exactly where I needed it dropped by backing up my lawn without hesitation to just the right spot. Total professionalism, well done Grove Supply!

You guys should support the products you sell to your vendors. Been without AC for days now, because you sold an inferior Samsung product to a very reputable company in the area. Couldn't be more happy with your vendor, but you guys need to step up. Please let me know what you are going to do to rectify this situation?
