This is a great little Pharmacy. I am only picking up one prescription here however they are always able to fill it quickly. My physician sent one script here so that my health insurance will cover it. I’ve never had a problem getting it refilled like I have with other prescriptions at other pharmacies.
The staff is friendly and polite to everyone. My order is always ready when I arrive. The last time I picked it up, I had completely forgotten about it and I called that morning when they opened. They had my prescription ready for me in less than an hour.
For a small location they are incredibly efficient. I really enjoy going here. I don’t even mind that it’s about 15 miles away.

I used Max-well pharmacy’s OTC sections several times in the past after hand surgery for specific bandages and just recently to get Refresh Celluvisc gel eye drops with longer expiration. These are items I couldn’t find somewhere else. Thank you for keeping odd items in stoke to serve community.

The staff at Max-Well have been extremely courteous and helpful (probably *because* they are not some large chain). Raj, in particular, has been very attentive and regularly follows up to make sure there are no problems. I switched over after one too many screwups from CVS and haven't looked back. Would highly recommend Max-Well to anyone, especially if your local chain is failing you.

Raj is amazing! Always kind and courteous! If I have a problem getting my medication he goes out of his way to get it for me, he calls when my medication is due and sometimes I dont even ned to ask! Raj always goes the extra mile !

Max-Well Pharmacy is top notch! A small pharmacy but with a team who is very attentive. The pharmacist, Raj, has such a great bedside manner and he is constantly looking out for me and the Rx that he fills for me. If there are supply issues, he takes the initiative to reach out to my doctor to sort out options, then reaches out to me with updates. I highly recommend the services at Max-Well to anyone in the area.

I had some issues getting my prescription filled at my local “chain” pharmacy. I was referred to Maxwell by a friend. Not only did they have the medication I needed but Raj was the most helpful, got my rx transferred in minutes. Highly recommend them and looking forward to using them again!

I switched from a bic chain to Max-well as soon as my insurance allowed. I cannot speak highly enough of the service here. They can get harder to find meds, they will fill quickly, and in one case, I had a med with over a $100 co-pay. I was about to tell the pharmacist about it but he told me first! They even do free delivery. The ONE downside is that their hours were more limited than a chain, but seriously it's 100% worth it!

The service is fast, friendly & knowledgeable. They do the helpful things that ALL pharmacies should do for patients, but most chains don’t like to be bothered with anymore - calling the doctor’s office to get you refills when needed, handling prior authorizations quickly, and most importantly, treating patients with respect & filling prescriptions without casting judgement!!! I love that they give you the attention & treatment local businesses are known for - they’ve even stayed late for me in an emergency situation. When you’re chronically ill and often not feeling well, it really means a lot to be treated with kindness & empathy. That’s the cherry on top at MaxWell’s!
