We were stuck with a dead battery and three small kids in the car in a strange town, and John from Glenn’s Towing came quickly to charge the battery and get us on our way home. John was so helpful and friendly. I recommend Glenn’s Towing to anyone. And John was great!

Scheduled my tow 2 days in advance. Did not contact me the morning of the tow, so I contacted them. Told me it would cost an additional $125 from the price they originally gave me(which was already an after hours price). Terrible business practices, and obviously unmotivated staff.They quoted me 275 to 300, after hours.Then, the morning of, the driver on staff had no idea he had a tow scheduled. They then wanted $425 for a 10 minute tow!!! Outrages. People in the business laughed when I told them the price.

I got a flat tire on York road in Buckingham the other night at rush hour. I called Glenns towing. They were there in less than 40 minutes dropped my car off at my mechanic and drove me home. I cant remember the drivers name but he was totally professional and respectful especially since I'm a senior citizen. Nothing is worse than being stuck on the side of the road in the dark. I just want to shout out to use Glenns towing if ever needed. I'm sorry i can't remember the drivers name but he was about 30 years old. I can't thank you enough for getting me home safe!

Horrible experience with this company. Needed a simple winch done to pull my car out of a ditch. Job was completed quick and driver was friendly. However, I was charged incorrectly for over $100 for an hour of service that I did not receive. I disputed this charge with my bank and the company did everything they could to fight this, continuing to present untrue times about when the service was performed. Owner was very rude throughout this process and this company cannot be trusted under any circumstances.Service: Car towing

Called to get information about this tow and was spoken to with rude language and cussed and then the service provider hung up on me and would not answer my call when I tried to call back. They did not arrive when they said they would be there. Highly would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be cussed at by the driver that’s towing your vehicle.Service: Car towing

Got stuck with an uncooperative car on Friday evening between 515 and 6 pm on the way home from work at the intersection of Turk and Bristol Rds. Called Glenn’s Towing and they had someone there in approx 20 minutes. DJ loaded my car and dropped us off at my service garage in Telford. DJ was very nice, friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Hopefully, I won’t need their services again but, if I do, they’re my first call. I’m adding them to my contact list.Service: Car towing

I was recommended by O'Neil Nissan to call Glenn's Towing to have my car towed to the shop. I was getting a bunch of error messages, and didn't know what to do. I asked if I could schedule a time, the person who answered the phone was very professional. They showed up on time to my house, the person who jumped my car communicated to me everything. Said he was able to jump the car but it was getting a bunch of error codes and wouldn't recommend driving it to the dealer even though they were close. I felt comfortable with his knowledge so they are currently towing it.If you are ever in a bind and need a GREAT towing company, I would recommend Glenn's Towing Inc.Services: Battery service
