I frequent this Giant often, never a wait. Everyone is so nice. It's very clean and organized.
I went in for the rotisserie sale they had and although I went very late they still had 2 left. I was very lucky considering they sell quick.

Used self checkout. I dont usually but wanted to get home. 3 times an assistant had to come and clear an alert. I shifted my bag(bring my canvas ones), another was because my apples shifted in the bag, third time? No idea. Very frustrating and took 2x longer. Was not happy

The self-checkout employee was very blatantly ignoring every non-white person that got in line. She literally turned her back and purposely only greeted and said goodbyes to white customers only. It was really ugly to witness.

Said hello to cashier, his response was to scan and bag my items like he was working for Aldi with no greeting and a scowl on his face. Otherwise, store was well stocked and clean.

The employees are quite helpful in helping you find something you need. They are polite and friendly. The shelves are well-stocked, and Giant has a large selection of brands to choose from.

I had a problem with the gift card that I received from a friend. I called this the to find out what I could do about it. It was forever being on hold and when I finally did get a hold of someone she was the rudest person I ever met unless when I expressed my disappointment and not getting this resolved so at the end of the call you're permitted to give you an opinion well the help so-called help you received and I told them I was not satisfied and they said someone will call you right back well how long has it been there a week nobody ever bothered to call me right back as they said they would. They don't care and I've heard of their customer service and how rude they are well they proved it to me. I hope I never receive another gift card from that place. And by the way thanks for getting back to me shows you really care.
