Anyone else have major major delivery problems with FedEx in the Huntingdon Valley PA area? And, Southampton Pa?Going on 10 years now , I'm thinking class action lawsuit??

"I would like to share my negative experience with the FedEx location I recently visited. During my attempt to drop off my return package, I was refused by an employee who claimed that the label printer was not working. However, I believe that this was not the case as it seemed like an excuse. I found the employee's behavior to be discriminatory and unacceptable.I plan to report this incident to the customer service department and request their assistance in finding a different location to complete my return. I also wish to bring this matter to the attention of the management at this location so that they can address any potential issues with their equipment and ensure that their employees are providing a better customer service experience for everyone. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

Was on the phone three time to have one box picked up.Was told twice that they did not pick up at homes.Then told yes we do was told we will be there between 8am to 8pm two days later they picked up my shipment.Two weeks later still looking for said shipment.

Store was located inside of Walgreens. FedEx associate was very friendly and helpful.
