Didn't accept my Company's Exxon card which is fine, but wasn't told that until after the pump had been turned on and the car filled, after I handed the attendant the card and I was told I was good.
so I had to use my personal card, which again, whatever stuff happens. but after I leave I notice on the receipt I was charged sales tax on a purchase of ONLY gasoline, which is pretty ridiculous

Been coming here for years for diesel as there are times that their diesel prices are lower than anywhere else nearby. This was one of those times. They have a “high flow” pump off to the side which makes filling my tank easy…
EVERY TIME I COME IN… the attendant looks over, I give him/her the thumbs up, to fill my tank, they turn the pump on and after I’m done, I walk over to the booth, I pay, and I’m gone…last night the attendant, (never saw him before ) wanted my credit card before he would turn on the pump… said he had to “precharge”.
Well…. No one gets my credit card …. So I offered him my drivers license …
That didn’t work either. He refused to turn the pump on.
OWNERS: Totally get your security concerns…. However there has to be continuity between employees… you. Any have someone on Wed night doing one thing and then someone else on Thurs doing something entirely different! I’m certainly not giving anyone my credit card when I walk away to fill by tank.

Wanted to have two propane tanks refilled. Went to the window Saturday 4pm .Attendant was eating an egg roll, explained he was not trained, said to come back Sunday morning at 6 AM. Traveled 15 minutes, where I’ve been getting my propane for 20 + years . Well, that will be the last time, how annoying! Went to Super-value beverage, got two tanks exchanged there!!!!!

Don't normally do reviews but I should. Chuck and John are awesome with working with my schedule and their technicians get my work truck back on the road in no time. Their desk is aways organized but loaded with car keys attached to paperwork. Strongly recommend. Your car and wallet will thank me.
