Delcrest has amazing customer service. They went in person on three different occasions to my grandmother's home to bring her different rolling walkers and adjust them for her. They were patient and incredibly helpful. Jodi in particular was responsive and kind. I highly recommend using this company and will be using them again.

They didn't have what I needed available because I called too late but they gave me several suggestions and I was able to get the equipment. Next time I need any medical supplies this will be the place. Customer service lives!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Both my parents came down with COVID-19 last week and things got rough quickly. Delcrest Medical went above and beyond to help me secure the Oxygen Concentrators needed to get them better and keep them comfortable (and out of the hospital). I dealt with both Rob and Judy and both were kind, caring and professional. They went above and beyond to make things as smooth as possible for me (the person who had to order it all).

These are the nicest people you would ever want to do business with! My husband rented a recliner because he has shoulder replacement. They brought the chair quickly and were so careful not to damage any paint or furnishings. After we had the chair for a month, it wasn't working properly so I called them. They came by a few hours later and fixed the chair. The owner came and he was beyond accommodating. They are a great company!!!
