I can usually get a good discount, paying less at CVS than at other stores. They've got awesome party balloons for sale which cheer up the store.

I visited this pharmacy today to get my prescriptions filled. I got in line behind a woman in the drop off line. The woman was being assisted for about 10 mins. That was fine however when the person finished helping her. He proceeded to answer phones and walk around without explanation. After about another 5 minutes he asked me if I had a question. I said yes I am here to drop off prescriptions the sign says drop off am I in the right place. He said yes and walked away again. I left with my prescriptions in hand to have them filled somewhere else. Customer service here is at the lowest setting. This was the worst I have ever had.

First of all I have and use the app for our rx fills etc. After reviewing all rx,s on file and not locating the new rx sent in by the doctor. I called the pharmacy, now I also understand that cvs is trying to use AI to avoid the pharmacist from being disturbed for unnecessary interruptions. Now after going thru a number of prompts I select 7 to speak to a pharmacist. Person answers, stupid me I assumed I was speaking with a pharmacist, I asked my question and the person had no idea what I was talking about. Getting frustrated!! ( I am thinking OMG this person is filling prescriptions) This person possibly a pharmacy tech or cashier says let me get the pharmacist! I was not happy when the pharmacist got on the phone I explained I was not happy, instead of sorry we prescreen the calls I received a rude response well let’s just move on from that. I did receive the answer, doctor's office messed up! Now off to call them. CVS we are human beings not AI robots you are dealing with, please treat us with the respect we deserve.

I was the third car inline and the whole process for me to get my medicine and leave took well over 30 minutes. Just ridiculous service. I ask the lady (rude lady) if I can pay Apple Pay… she was going to make me get out of my car (defeating the purpose of a drive thru) and scan it myself, “I’m NOT touching your phone” she says. Was my phone dirty? No. Is cash dirtier than a phone? Yes. Makes no sense. Just a really horrible experience.

Went to pickup Rx after receiving a call that it was ready, only to find it was at ANOTHER CVS pharmacy. Why did this one call me.??♀️ The other CVS said she could have corrected it for the next time, but she said she could not help me. Had to contact physician, again, to request a new Rx. That's not an easy task either. Never had this issue when I used my local hometown pharmacy.

I have been a regular customer of this pharmacy for the last five years and more than a decade for CVS. My whole family gets prescriptions from here. My son was sick and the doctor prescribed Amoxil. I went to pick up the medicine after 24 hours. First I was told medicine was not ready and I should wait. Then after some time, I was called and requested to pay. I paid for the medicine. I also wanted to buy shampoo, and the technician scanned it. Suddenly, a guy appeared from behind and canceled the transaction, and ordered me to go to the front counter and pay there for the shampoo. I asked him, why you canceled the transaction. He said my name is Josh and I am the manager and can do what I want. Anyhow, on the protest of other customers, he completed the transaction for the shampoo but held my medicine. I told him, I had already paid you in full for the prescription, why you are holding my medicine? He became really rude and replied, I am the manager, I can do what I want. I can even cancel your prescription and also block you from future shopping at CVS. I was shocked to see such a rude person. I requested his name, he refused. Then on insisting, he told me my name was Josh Ibrahim. Actually, his name was Patel.I left the pharmacy because my son was sick, but continued to threaten me front behind. Do not come back to this pharmacy. I am canceling all of your prescriptions. What a shame, a shop owner threatening his customers. Shame on you.

I thought I’d straightened out at the issues with getting my ADHD meds filled. My doctor increased the dose slightly, I went in to pick it up and was told “OH they won’t authorize it until the 27th” and I just got off the phone with my pharmacy benefits customer support who told me the pharmacist DIDN’T EVEN TRY TO RUN IT!!! ? luckily, the rep said she’d call the pharmacist to tell him to fill the dang script because it is approved. I hate that for whatever reason (felt like spite), the guy felt it was perfectly acceptable to play god with my medication.

Incompetent pharmacy staff. My wife has 2 insurances; medical and birth control. The pharmacy staff refuses to charge the correct insurance and insists we pay out of pocket for covered care. They refuse to assist you on the phone, will hang up on you abruptly, and insist for you to come into the store to resolve an issue that can be resolved on the phone. This has caused us to spend several hundreds of dollars out of pocket for things that should be covered under our insurance plans. The lead pharmacist we've dealt with is Josh.
