contacted them to help onboard my miner i paid for , sent proof of purchase (after they asked for it) and many emails just to get the run around , buy a miner from a different company

UPDATE* they also blocked my facebook account to delete my comments informing others for their actions!!!The customer service is not responding.The paid onboard fees are lost so you can't onboard your miner neither return it to them.This is unbelievable!!!Just an other brik in your wall
