Every employee at the reception area/ front desk are rude, argumentative and put forth zero effort to help you in any way. They are lazy, expect you to do their work! A simple task or request could take months and several repeated phone calls. The doctor’s are no better! They leave at the end of their shift, without any regard or concern for their patients needs. One simple signature request could take a month or longer! They want you to bring your physical person into the office, for things that could easily be rectified by phone or fax.I will NEVER return to this office, nor would I EVER recommend this practice to anyone! I wouldn’t even subject my pet turtle to their low level of care!!!!!!A HARD NO!!!!!

I wanted to get some physical therapy for joint pain so I called my insurance carrier. I couldn't get a definitive answer from them so I next called the Bi-County office to ask if I needed to see a doctor first. I was told I didn't. I made the PT appointment but the PT office said they did need a script because my insurance is with Medicare. That didn't mean an appointment though so I called Bi-County back to ask them to fax a script - and this time I was told I actually did need to see a doctor there because it had been more than 3 years since the last time I was in and I am basically a new patient at this point (even though they have records going back several years). The first person pulled up my info, knew when I'd been in, and could have told me that but didn't. So, I got two different stories, which in itself isn't good. But then when I asked about seeing a doctor I was told *there were no appointments available for several weeks.* I opted not to make an appointment but instead review my options. Those seem to be - put up with this pain for several more weeks until I can see a doctor, *just to get the script* so my insurance will cover the PT and I can pay less, or self-pay for it so I can start sooner. I will look into the self-pay. I will also look into changing primaries. Bi-County is very close to me but that convenience goes away if I have to wait a long time for an appointment. I am also wondering what would happen if I had an issue that required a same-day appointment. Do they keep slots open for things like that, or would I have to go to an urgent care facility that doesn't take my insurance (the one that did has closed) or, more expensively, the ER?I won't comment on the quality of care because I didn't get any, and both people I talked to were polite so there were no problems there. But this office seems to be having trouble with communication and with scheduling (or maybe organization in general). Those have not been problems in the past, and that's disappointing.

Power went out when a bunch of people needed to get scans done. Not even a backup? Wasn’t even storming, just incompetenceEdit:The scans that we’re supposed to be done this day were not rescheduled and had to get another appointment. Further more the results of an x ray haven’t even been shared due to “difficulties” and “delays”. It’s been 4 business days. This place really has gone done the drain :/

Zero stars if possible. Front Desk staff could not be more nice, polite, or helpful. But it seems this practice is only accepting new patients because they are the cheapest and lowest quality practitioners you could possibly conceive. Dr. Andrews is dull, unhelpful, and dismissive. And Stephanie Harris CRNP (Certainly Repugnant Nasty Piece-of-Work) was even more frustrating than engaging with a telephone touch-tone system. She simply repeated the same monotonous phrases despite my continued questions, and ultimately disregarded me and my needs. If you need care- look anywhere but here!Edit: After comparing other reviews of them all but ONE is more than 18 months old! Bi-County medical could use a real doctor, because their practice is dying.

Went to Dr. Perlstein once. Less than two weeks off of Covid he gives me a pneumonia and shingles vaccine. The result was six days where I was much sicker than during Covid, an swollen, sore and red arm and extreme frustration. When I called to get advice I got no apology, just “that’s too bad.” My wife had issues with other docs in the office. Very, very few ways the experience could’ve been worse. Actually I can only think of one. Avoid this place like the plague I seemed to get after being seen there.

I would give zero stars if I could. The receptionist, Denise. Absolutely terrible, extremely rude and unhelpful. I cannot believe an office would employ someone like her. She talked over me the entire time, gave me attitude and ended up hanging up on me. All because I needed to an evening appt. Would NOT recommend this office solely based on what they have representing them.

I agree with Frank. The receptionist, Joann, needs customer service training. She is very argumentative and has no compassion. I have waited weeks for a physical therapy referral- a referral I should have been given when I was at my appointment. Find another doctor's office. They are on every corner. Don't continue going to an office that mistreats you without us; they wouldn't have a salary.
