“I recently switched to Citadel Credit Union for my banking needs after being fed up with a big name bank. I opened my account online, which quick and easy. My debit card didn't arrive in the alotted time frame, so I went to the credit union and one was created for me quickly, on the spot. Since opening my account, it's been nothing but blue skies. I've had no issues. I love their mobile app. I can take care of almost everything I need with it.I read the other reviews before posting this. While some reported bad experiences, I think it speaks volumes that the credit union posted a friendly response addressing each issue and offering to help rectify those issues.Personally, I couldn't be happier with Citadel Credit Union.”
“Closest Citizens branch to my home for the past 5 years & never once had a problem, except my favorite teller, Albert has left. Thankfully the negative reviews here (god forbid branch is closed on a Holiday or there is someone ahead of you so you have to wait in a line) are ridiculous, but provided a good laugh.”

The first bank I went to said it was too old for their machine, but when I went to the Wells Fargo branch on West Street Road in Warminster this afternoon, Andrea helped me; she knew exactly what to do. “PNC has been my primary bank for 20 years. This is the location closest to my house, so this is where I go when I need to see a teller or a banker. However these days I use PNC's online app and their extensive network of ATM machines to complete most transactions. They have two ATMs, one drive-up and one walk-up at this location.”
