“Absolutely phenomenal service. I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. Could not thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere but here. This shop is very honest and works hard to assist the customer in any way possible, whether it be financially, or with recommendations on repairs. Cannot recommend this place enough!”

From Brian the used sales manager, discussing options on the phone and getting a ball park figure on the car and trade in before I made the hour long drive out to the dealership (living at Mcguire AFB). Then Eric my car salesman, he went on the test ride with me and kept the conversation going and let me get a decent test ride in, not just down the street and back and let me play with all the cars features never once seemed annoyed knowing I owned my current vehicle and could walk away from the deal anytime I wanted. “Great service!!! Had to take my car here after being hit from behind. They matched my aftermarket parts up really good. I do know that parts of a car never fully align back perfectly to where they were originally supposed to be, however they put it back together like nothing happened! My front grill & bumper looks great. They also fixed my headlights & I can see so much better at night now! They went above & beyond & John & his staff truly care. I had a flat once & took it to their other shop & they fixed it immediately. Highly recommend all John’s shops!!!”

Al is the greatest guy, manager who knows his cars inside and out, and is extremely personable- kind, addresses me by name, was good to my kids when In the store front - caliber collision is the best body shop out there, and Street rd Warminster location is the best of all. Al and his team are second to none. Sarah kept us updated every step of the way. They always finish on time, car was not at all clean when we brought it in ,they had it spotless and all the major damage good as new. All brand / make parts, didn't put profits above quality- we have gone here many times over the years. They always deliver above and beyond. Al, thank you a TON As always, you are the best.

“Best auto parts experience in a very long time. Vehicle has the computer mounted atop the battery, not a simple install. It was a holiday so everyone was trying to close early. Tory, the gm at the Warminster store, installed the battery himself in a timely fashion. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. I definitely have a new car parts place! Very impressive!!!”
