Been taking my car here for years and the only reason I do that is because of Lamont. Some of the best customer service you will ever get. Been dealing with him for years. Very underpaid.

I called and spoke to a woman at this facility, she was great!!!!. Gave me information that I needed and some I didn’t know I needed. So I went right over to order currency and get an international permit.
Thought I would go and maybe speak to the person on the phone. But instead a gentleman engaged me. I explained that I was there to get currency to travel to Ireland and ann international permit. He asked which currency and I said oh I am not sure. So I went to look up in my phone where exactly we were going. Hoping that would help and he rudely said so what do you want in a rude tone. I looked up and said I am looking at the internary so I can better answer your question. At that point I said do you a travel person I can talk to that would help.me better. I imagine the woman I spoke to on the phone was the person that chimed in and helped. The guy was like you could google it??? AAA plus member and I should google it!!!
Texted my daughter and said hey we need an international permit to drive the rental car. She asked were I got it and drove up to the Warminster AAA. First text I got was, hey the guy here is rude and it like I am an inconvenience to him. I said white older guy with glasses she was like yes.
I will chalk it up to maybe the guy has a lot going on. He did get better after a bit. But I work in the hospitality business and sometimes you just have to put on that front.

Brought my car here for wheel bearing, and rotor for my driver rear tire. These so call mechanics claim I needed a valve gasket, so I agreed to let them do it. Went against my better judgment. Picked my car up today paying them 1850.00, to pull off my car full of smoke under my hood. Takes it back of course they want to say the problem was already there, it’s not their fault. And it’s completely their fault, they want to place blame else where one mechanic started being belligerent because I was upset after paying this place. And want to charge me to fix a problem they caused. Wish I never brought my car here. It was driving perfectly fine before here. So no I would not recommend this place I rate this AAA in Warminster a 0. From the Customer care rep to mechanics

There was nobody available to help register my car. Then when I tried to make an appointment for inspection the man at the counter rolled his eyes and sighed. No wonder why this location is closing!

I will totally avoid this place. I just left with total disappointment and upset. I called to make an appointment at 1:00 and walked in there. The gentleman on the left hand side asked me if I have an appointment, and I said yes. Then he said no you don’t, and he directed me to go the back. I said I made an appointment before I came. Then the lady in the right, said no you didn’t make an appointment. I said I did. She said it is not on her system. Both of these employees basically saying that I was lying about my appointment. Then a gentleman walked and tried to help me and the lady said there are two gentleman before me, and she asked me to go to the back again. I confronted her by saying I did make an appointment. Then she said yes you did it. It shows on her system now. So, I walked to the back and waited. At 1 o’clock she purposely ignored me by call someone who just walked in there. Then she was done with him (the gentleman she served) and left. Totally ignored me. So I walked out. I will never come back there again for anything. I do not deserve to be treated this way.

EXCELLENT experience here! Lamont helped me and he was friendly, gave me frequent updates and made sure I got service quickly since I was waiting there to have my car repaired. They have a nice waiting area with a cafe, chargers, and a view of the repair shop. Wonderful repair staff explained everything and was transparent about pricing, etc. Highly recommend!

Mr. Leon Poulson helped me with my home and car insurance. He responded to all of my questions efficiently and effectively. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work. I found him on the website when I was within days of another policy ending. He really was patient with me. He gave me some options and gave me his professional opinion when I asked. We were able to get covered in the nick of time. Highly recommend.
