Went to grab some snacks. Asked the counter associate if the had any rollers and he scoffed at me and said they do not carry those, despite the fact that they have the rollers machine ready to go!

I've been going to this store for at least 10 years. During that time I've become handicapped, can still drive but not walk so well. When the staff see me pull up, someone comes out to my car and asks me what I want. They go in, get it, then bring it out to me. Very kind and courteous!

The one gentleman who work there during the daytime is absolutely rude. He treats his customers like garbage and is very confrontational. Do not shop here!

I just left the store today April 20th, 2018 around 8:15am. I went to purchase a treat and decided to take advantage of the sale they were having on their pastries 2/$2.22 on all turnovers, apple fritters and coffee rolls. When I went to the cashier and he told me the total I said that there a promotion going on for the items that I had just purchased- he rolled his eyes and scoffed at me. Then he went on further to say that the promotion was only for donuts. So I ended up paying and when my transaction was complete I asked the cashier to follow me so I could show him the sign. He rolled his eyes once again as if I was bothering him. Showed him the sign and in fact I was correct, I do know how to read and write in English as well as a few other languages. I do not appreciate being talked down to or looked at as less than and that is the experience I had in this store. Save your time and go support a local coffee shop or pastry shop.

The Manager has 0 people skills, is direspectful, and has no idea how to interact with people. It is uncomfortable to watch.
