“I never give reviews to establishments, good or bad, but I have to share my amazing experience with Speedy auto garage in Nanticoke. My first visit to the shop, I had to have a total makeover of the body of my car and when done ,my car looked like a brand new vehicle!!! The owner was informative, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the whole process. I paid out of pocket and he was very reasonable with his pricing. The second time I needed body work was when I hit a deer. I went through my insurance and Chris, the owner, made the whole process extremely easy and effortless for me. Once again, my car looks flawless!!!!I would highly recommend Speedy Auto Brookwood Nanticoke to family, friends and everyone who wants quality work!!Thank u Speedy!!!”

“For some weird reason my windshield shattered just a mere 4 days after replacement. I was flabbergasted. I tried to use what I thought was the Hazle Township phone # to reach my Safelite location- nope- WRONG- because that puts you in automated "bot" hell. After going through a s*** ton of prompts you get hung up on. Nice. I'm not blaming my Safelight for that- no doubt it's corporate BS. I found my pamphlet and got a phone number for actual help from the manager John. It rings right to him and you don't have to go through automated phone menu Hell. John answered promptly and talked me off of a ledge and assured me my new shattered windshield would be fixed. He said it's rare for this to happen but it can happen due to possibly a manufacturer defect in the glass. Both replacements were OEM- Original Equipment Manufactured- aka Suburu. I was able to get an appointment and get this fixed a second time at no charge. I don't think it's anything Safelite did. I've been reading online about significant windshield issues with certain Suburu models & my Outback is one impacted. Lucky me. I'm really hoping this was just "bad luck" because I can't afford the time to get this fixed every four days. If I can make it a few weeks without a crack I'll be lucky. I love my Outback and I hope to drive it- windshield crack free for many happy years to come. Thank You John, and Safelite Staff I know it's not you.”
