Terrible, unprofessional, very rude employee. Arrived at this post office to pick up my package that was delivered to the wrong address due to moving. I conversed with the lady working in the front, whom was very rude from the start, I explained to her that my package was returned due to the wrong address. I asked her if she can please check if my package returned and that I’d like to pick it up with proof of identification if so. She refused to check if my package arrived and continued to tell me that nobody is allowed to pick up any of their returned mail or packages even with identification. I asked her why and she stated very rudely “it’s the policy”. Which is incorrect because I am entitled to my property and have picked up mail/packages with identification at postal offices prior. I also spoke with the palmerton post office and they stated that I’m entitled to my packages and mail with proof of identification. She needs to be trained properly or fired if she’s going to continue refusing people the right of their property.

Was suppose to get a package in the mail and heard the usps truck pull up. I quickly slipped my shoes on to hear them pulling off after they were only at the house for 30 seconds. The carrier then proceeded to mark that there was no access to delivery location just because they didn’t want to get out of their truck during the rain to deliver. Completely rude and unacceptable. These post office delivery people get paid entirely too much money to suck at what they do and I needed that package!

Some people cannot get to the post office by 5 pm due to work schedules or otherfactors. 6 PM would work so much better for ALL of your customers. Thank you for this consideration.

Horrible Post Office and staff! Will withhold your mail with no notification, hang up on you, forget to call about time sensative packages waiting for pick up. Delivery drivers are also horrible, packages delivered to wrong houses.

I was the only one in the retail section of the post office today. They have a rule that only one person can be in that section at a time. Well, a gentleman came in and went right up to the desk, and I was told that I had to leave because I was breaking the rule by being in there. I didn’t break the rule, he did! I didn’t say anything because I had to finish addressing my package, but it did make me angry. Next time I will speak up.

These people are by far the worst to deal with. Beyond lazy and beyond rude. Cant even help you to put a run of tape on a box or anything. Too busy on their cell phones. If you want great service go to the post office on 309

Tracking# said package was delivered on 12/14/20 @12:22 pm. Mail delivered in mailbox, but no package, & no key to access larger mailbox in case item was too large for the regular mailbox. Went to Walnutport PO, & they said maybe she forgot to put key in my box. They tried to call the carrier but she did not answer her phone. If she put the key in someone's elses box I'm never going to get it. There have been problems w/this carrier in the past, people have complained, nothing seems to be done . People are always delivering other people's mail here in this mobile home park.

I don't understand why so poor rating. Out of all post offices around this is the best one. And The laurys station one is the worse where they mail stuff to wrong addresses all the time. But this post office is the best they do his work precisely and the treatment is high quality no complaints at all.

I waited for a package that I followed tracking number, said its out for delivery, mail came small package didn't , then mail lady comes after 3pm, pulls up to house and then pulls away, then I checked tracking once again, said it was oversized & receptacle was full, & they left a notice, All of was a lie, we had to drive to post office 15 mins later to pick it up ourselves, or we would have had to wait til tomorrow for no reason, the excuse was from inside the post office, Carrier was new & didn't know what too do, Ah, you have a package & Ah,you have to deliver it, This is ridiculous & you get paid for this. Will call higher up, hopefully this don't happen anymore, I have a mailbox & shouldn't have to drive too pick it up, especially when they were at my house 2x in one day, Someone should think about another line of work--this was Walnutport, PA office

Stopped to drop off a package at 4:40 pm today and though I have never have had any issues with mailing out packages, I was concerned after reading the above comments. I want to say that my experience was perfect. Abigail was very professional and pleasant. Thank you for your assistance. Smooth sailing and pleasant encounter.
